  1. Review titled Really impressed with maternity ward

    by HanW345 - Posted on 28 December 2022

I have been feeling under the weather with a flu and cough over Christmas. I was visiting family and was feeling very limited activity with baby at 26 weeks. I called the maternity ward at George Elliot on the advise of my GP. They were so quick and friendly, really impressed with the service the maternity ward provided.

  2. Review titled Pharmacy at George Eliot Hospital

    by pkingham01 - Posted on 08 December 2022

Waiting for the third time in a month for medicine for more than 30 minutes Much longer than my appointment took Why can’t I get my medicine in a pharmacy of my choice? Why are they so inefficient here?

  3. Review titled Lovely nurses

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 October 2022

I was sent from my gp who thought I had a blood clot in my leg. I arrived at ambulatory care unit and was welcomed by two lovely nurses. Everything was explained to me as I wasn’t sure why I had been sent there and I was out within less than two hours. The nurse who seen me was very polite and looked after me throughout my visit as I get very restless in hospitals. She let me know what was happening while I was there waiting for blood test results and I am due back for a scan of my leg today. I could see she was very busy with other people who was there for the same reason. The other nurse kept me comfortable with tea and biscuits. Great service.

  4. Review titled Hospital stay At George Elliot hospital Nuneaton

    by Lema22 - Posted on 18 October 2022

I was admitted to hospital for various issues making me feel vulnerable and worried, from starting at A&E to finishing in the Mary Garth ward my care was exceptional the staff were kind, informative and willing to go above and beyond for me. What really stood out is me witnessing them deal with an elderly gentleman who was confused and very aggressive and their behaviour and dedication didn’t alter one bit. The NHS may be struggling but you wouldn’t notice as a patient. Thank you so much for all you do and being that calm and understanding force for people having the worst days possible. A credit to yourselves and the NHS.
