  1. Review titled Urgent care centre can't perform any tests whatsoever

Rated 1 star out of 5

No blood test, no urine test, no anything. After waiting for 2 hours and even though you have been having sharp abdominal pain for 4 days at that point they tell you "oh maybe it will pass, if not, go to A/E" - for that advice I had to wait for 2 hours. When I asked if we could start covering the bases and do a scan or do a blood test I was told, that they do not do any blood testing there and not even an ultrasound or something to find out why things hurt(remember I was pointed by 111 here as it is the "urgent care centre") they ultimately can only tell you to go to your GP(to which the waiting is days...) or A/E to which I could have gone anyways and this is the reason that in England if something hurts you need to go to A/E and wait 4 hours but at least there they might be able to diagnose you.

  2. Review titled Great work

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Natalie - Posted on 17 December 2022

I want to write a positive review, as all I heard today was complaining in the waiting room about the NHS. On arrival I was met by a huge Q, and I knew I was here for a long time going by the entire room. Within 10 mins of arriving the nurse kindly notified everyone if you arrived after 11am you will be seen within 3 hours by a GP. We'll he was correct 3 hours later I was met by the only GP on site today, greeted with a smile, lots of care and concern and a all round helpful doctor. Did I want to spend 3 hours in a waiting room on a Saturday not really but I knew my daughter wasn't well and her health is worth waiting 3 hours for. To all the staff today 17/12/2022. You done amazing in the height of germ season and you was honest with your times and very proactive all day Thank you
