Review titled Great care and patience on my MRI
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by David Tully - Posted on 07 December 2023
I suffer from claustrophobia, so an MRI is not ideal! I just want to say that the staff were amazing in making me feel at ease and comfortable. I can't thank them enough as I was, and had been anxious for a few weeks.

I recently had my right knee replaced at Treetops 18 months after the left knee. I could not have had better care the staff are first class nothing is too much trouble they are so cheerful and they work so hard we are really fortunate to have such a great hospital. The only negative comment is the wfi is not great

Review titled Disappointed
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Attia Sajid - Posted on 14 May 2024
My son was referred to orthodontist more than a year ago. He got many appointments and his appointment gets rescheduled every time. He is turning 18 this July and hasn’t been seen by anyone. This is 5th time that he has been rescheduled for august and hopefully doesn’t get any cancellation or get rescheduled again. They never answer the calls and don’t give any option to leave a message.

Review titled Shame about the car park ticket scanning machine
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Geoff - Posted on 01 September 2023
Parking far too complicated. I paid my £3.80, and then my dread as the barrier failed to allow me to leave, I now have a queue of cars behind me,(pouring with rain) I had to ask them all to back up to allow me to re park my vehicle and head back to the ticket officer, after convincing them I’d paid, they allowed me to leave. Many others were also struggling to scan their ticket.

Review titled Comments in details

after 45mins of our appointment time we were called for examination. its been a month after visit and no action or neither patient record updated with the analysis performed during the appointment. despite multiple calls to hospital, response was the agent is on holiday so she will be back after 2 weeks then the letter will be sent to gp and we have more priority patient than this. this upsetting as my daughter is struggling to sleep because of adenoids and tonsillitis which is more concerning for me but hospital is not bothered. does the patient need to wait until the agent is back from holiday for any case of patient? does hospital doesn’t have backup? I visited gp multiple times to know what is going on and why no attention or cummunication to gp from heatherwood yet? but got only response this is admin issue raise it in pal i am really concerned, can you please help me to know what is going on . Has the letter from heatherwood sent to claremont sergury to advise about the sleep study?

Review titled Car park

I went into heatherwood hospital today and for some reason when I went through the barrier, I wasn't given a ticket, despite pressing the button for one. I then realised I would need it to scan at the payment machines when I leave. I went to the security office and they said to just press the button on the barriers if I can't get out when I leave. The barrier let me out so I didn't need to press the button. But the security office didn't ask me for my number plate ot anything, so now I'm wondering if I'll get a fine through the post. I obviously couldn't pay as I had no ticket to scan and the security guys just told me to press the button upon leaving and didn't say anything about how to pay. I was only there for about 30 minutes in total anyway, but I am hoping I won't get a fine for something that was out of my control.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your feedback. Please do not worry about receiving a parking ticket – the system (including the closed circuit television cameras etc.) is designed so that in cases such as this it will not happen. Review titled Exceptional service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by KarenMKendall - Posted on 04 June 2023
I have received the most incredible treatment by Surgical team and Ward Staff at Heatherwood Treetops when I had my left hip replaced everyone looked after me so well. the Surgeon, Anaesthetist & whole surgical team excelled themselves, I cannot speak more highly about them. 2 days post op in time I do not even have a visible bruise on my leg! I was in and out of the hospital within 32 hours, experienced no sickness, the pain was managed perfectly and I was up on my feet so quickly.
