Just got home from spending 5 days in hospital with my mum on ward CMU-D every single nurse and doctor we saw was amazing, caring and patient with my mum. She even enjoyed the food! Thank you 🙏

  2. Review titled Thank you for excellent care

We visited an 89 year old who spent 11 days on cardio thoracic ward. Very impressed with the care, facilities and communication. Friendly, welcoming and informative at all times. It took time to get a discharge organised because of lack of social care but this was handled without pressure.

I came into the emergency room on Monday, 18 July 2022 around 14:30 and recieved absolutely wonderful care. I had sliced off part of my thumbnail with a paper cutter (not my finest moment) but the staff were compassionate and caring, and saw to me quickly. I was given wonderful service and felt very cared for. Thank you to the receptionist and nurses that treated me -- it really made a huge difference.

  4. Review titled Fantastic Staff and Treatment

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I had a rapid referral by my GP to the Surgical Emergency Unit, who saw me the same day to evaluate best course of action and operated on me the next day. I saw a lot of staff in this short period and they were all utterly brilliant, kind and caring, despite being so busy. In particular I want to thank the anaesthetists. This was my first operation and I was extremely anxious, bordering on panic. They calmed me me down and gently guided me through their process. Can’t thank them enough.
