Review titled Outstanding Care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Amie Hart - Posted on 27 June 2023
Today I took my 2 year old son for bloods to be taken. The care we both received was unbelievable, they made me feel confident that my son was in the best hands. From start to finish there is not one aspect of the appointment I would change. You have made this experience for son a positive one. Thank you all.

Review titled Shocking service over bank holiday
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 04 January 2023
I was referred with an appointment from 111 with severe chest infection, had waited many hours for call back and then more hours before I attended my appointment, on arrival I was told it was at least a five hour wait, even though I’d been waiting at home for over 9 hours, the receptionist was very polite but re-iterated that the wait was at least five hours and that they closed at 8pm in which case I’d have to go to a and e, all I needed was antibiotics as I didn’t want to be in hospital with pneumonia! The service, kindness and general set up was shocking and I heard the nurse saying that people should not stay and go to a and e, to the point I felt that if they were to focus on seeing patients rather than focus on getting rid of people the situation may have been better, the time to process patients seemed laboured and not time effective, in fact the down time between each triage seemed to be a very long time. I waited for while and decided that I could not face waiting all this time in an uncomfortable place for hours on end. I explained quietly to the receptionist and told her that I could not face waiting with no guarantee of being seen, I had done the right thing but ended up with no antibiotics , I am still unwell, two days later, no help, I was shocked at the lack of organisation and lack of planning with medical staff focusing on areas quite obviously being managed by the very nice receptionist. Who was fielding all the difficult questions. Very unhappy with the service we pay for, I would also like to say that whilst there are issues with the nhs, being grumpy with patients is a personal choice and not the fault of the government!
