My experience with the consultant was faultless. Once areas were identified and examined, I was informed of the findings. the consultant referred me to receive an appointment for treatment. The very next day I was given an appointment date & time for later this month. All very quick and efficient I thought (and thank you all).

Husband had total knee replacement surgery. He had the operation and was then transferred to Invicta Ward overnight. He was discharged the next day. He was treated so well and kindly by all the staff members he encountered from the medical team to the ancillary team. Thank you

Just wanted to leave a review for my treatment at the breast clinic at K&C. It was scary, but all 5 staff I saw were wonderful, patient and caring. Thankyou for making me so at ease.

The staff at this unit are absolutely incredible. So kind, caring, loving, understanding. I’ve been three times now and every time has been a good experience. I just wonder why all NHS departments can’t be like this. Staff wonderful, so clean, free tea, coffee and biscuits. I could have stayed there all day quite happily and I’m sure they wouldn’t have minded 😂 thank you so much you lovely people. I really hope this review is passed on to you.

My dad was admitted to Clarke Ward on 10/12/24 and was very unwell. He had terminal prostate cancer but was given the very best care by everyone involved in his care. He was admitted to Pilgrims Hospice on 13/12/24 and sadly passed away on 16/12/24. The family would like to thank everyone involved in his care as he was very grateful to each and every one of you. Well done! Too often we hear of poor care in hospitals but you should be very proud of your hard work and excellent care. If dad was here now, I know he’d agree

Many thanks to all of the medical and other staff that helped me to recover after arriving at the hospital on 28 Sep by ambulance following a seizure caused by two strokes. My thanks to the stroke Consultants, Doctors & Nurses. My thanks also to the A& E Team and those staff in the crt, mri & Xray departments and the Porters. I was discharged on 6 Nov 2024. The care I received was fantastic!

Great experience with my prostate cancer journey with this hospital. Surgery went well to remove prostate. The surgeon was very informative and I knew I was in safe hands. My experience on Clark ward was great. The male staff nurse was a great help and gave good advice. Very satisfied with the nhs

I am undergoing several appointments at this hospital and The Endoscopy dept was one! From the time we entered the department to the time we left everyone was so reassuring and kind! My treatment was done efficiently and with dignity ! With every effort made to make me comfortable. Politeness was shown also to my wife. My wife worked with a Gastro team at a different hospital she was very impressed with Kent & Canterbury!

I recently attended for a colonoscopy, the second attempt at this procedure due to issues with the medication taken beforehand. The same issue occured again but the Doctor was happy to try the procedure. He was very understanding, explained the possible problems but proceeded resulting in a favourable outcome. All the staff in the Endoscopy Unit and the nurses in Recovery were very kind and l was confident having the procedure done. The K&C is a great hospital and l hope the powers that be recognised this.
