Review titled Very good care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Amy Diamond - Posted on 18 April 2023
I arrived on completely the wrong ward on Balmoral and then ran to child Orthoptics Windsor where they very patiently waited for me seeing as I had gone to the wrong side of the hospital. I was seen immediately, the staff explained things clearly and were very good with my daughter who is non verbal as well as being very patient with my lack of organisation. I was very pleased with how thorough the appointment was and how happy my daughter was despite all the poking and prodding to diagnose her.

Review titled Eye check
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Douglas Brook - Posted on 09 March 2023
Arrived at the eye clinic on time, taken in for checking and eye drops inserting. Waited for a short time, called for eye checks on machines. On ending checks, told I could go home. No information of results of checks, now have to wait for clinicians to check results.!!

Review titled Can't get hold of them
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Katie Murrell - Posted on 20 March 2023
I received a referral letter 7 months ago, stating that I should have heard something by the 25th October and if not, to get in touch with them. I have rang the number 28 times, as well as called the switchboard, and nobody has ever once answered. It just rings out every single time. I contacted PALs and they forwarded my email to the manager supposedly, but i've still heard nothing. I honestly don't know where to go from here.

Couldn’t fault anyone on such a great service. Times may have been long but I understand it’s the times we are in. Staff remained friendly throughout and answered straight away when I called for pain relief

Review titled The paramedic in charge of MIaMI, just fantastic!
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Nisha - Posted on 02 February 2023
What a lovely experience I had today in the A&E - other than my pain obviously. The paramedic in charge of the MIaMI department today (02/02/23) was amazing! He was reassuring, thorough and kind in assessing and explaining the issues I had. Even though I can’t mention his name I hope he is recognised and understands what a wonderful human he is. Whilst being bombarded with patients all day (I was there 6 hours) he remained courteous and patient. Thank you very much.

Review titled Painful ear
by Kingywingy - Posted on 24 February 2023
Had terrible pushing pressure in my right ear ..I thought it was infection however my doctor sent me to triage ward 9 where they cleared the right ear though it was extremely painful the lady in blue scrubs was extremely thorough. Even had the doctor to come and put a camera up my nose to check internally .. however after several hours later I’m now pain free So swift care and knowledge saved me from further pain SO A HUGE THANK YOU
