Recalled after a routine mammogram, staff were so friendly and whole service was brilliant. Unfortunately wasn't the best news, however so far all appointments have been on time, staff are still brilliant. Next step operation, fingers crossed all will be good.

My husband was brought in by ambulance and entered an extremely busy A& E department Although he was many hours in the department we were amazed at the patience and care offered by the staff and the gentle sense of humour which helped everyone I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff working that day, well done to all

My mother experienced a severe stroke while on holiday. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the departments involved in her care. The communication and support provided to my brother, who remained with my mother, was exceptional. Despite the difficult circumstances, the medical team treated my mother with dignity and respect, honoring all our requests as a family. Although I was unable to be present, I am grateful for the exceptional care and compassion shown to my mother during her stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Drs, Nurses, Consultants, were all very kind and gave me plenty of their time.. Cardiologists did everything in their power to get me an t.a.v.i Aortic Valve operation at Leicester Glenfield hospital. Very much appreciated.

I had an appointment with Cardiology to see a consultant on the 1st of May. I’ve waited a very long time for this. I received a call the Friday before saying don’t come in as the consultant will be phoning you from his clinic at 9.30am on the appointed day. I received no call. I tried contacting the department with the tel numbers listed in my letter. No reply as the phone just kept ringing out. I tried over ten times. I then left a message for his secretary. She hasn’t got back to me. I eventually got through to outpatients and was told they didn’t know why this had happened but he was still in clinic and would ring me that afternoon. Again! No call. If I hadn’t bothered to turn up it would be classed as a did not turn up. But what happens when they don’t turn up? Or call? Or leave a message explaining? I’ve just been left in limbo. It’s absolutely appalling. I’ve heard some negative reviews about Lincoln County hospital but this just takes the biscuit.

I was recently admitted to Waddington ward with sepsis. The staff were all absolutely fabulous. However particularly at night they were clearly understaffed and as such could not respond as quickly as they would have liked. However they did their best at all times. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for the fabulous care I received, friendly and incredibly caring……. Thank you 🙏

Sat waiting 3 hours plus. All patients coming in after us was seen before us and we just sat there . They need to get a live waiting time screen so ppl know how long the waiting times are. Also children should be seen first before adults

Thank you to everyone involved in my husbands care from 9/5/24 to 18/5/24. consultant surgeon and his team who without their skill and expertise my husband would have died. Thank you to all the staff on ITU for their kind professional care you are simply the best. Lastly thank you to the very kind receptionist at Main entrance who showed me such kindness on the 10/5/24 at 7am at a time when I needed support.

Visited Branston Ward today and was there for a few hours for some treatment. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have made the experience anymore pleasant than they already did. The staff in A&E were also very welcoming and helpful and it made this entire trip to Lincoln Hospital a lot less scarier thanks to the amazing staff there :)

I was admitted to SEAU at Lincoln Hospital to have life saving abdominal surgery. I would like to thank everyone involved in my care from the operating theatre staff to the ward staff during my 5 day stay. The care was outstanding and extremely professional. Once again, thank you very much.
