I had an accident in the hospital car park today. I rang main reception when I got home (17.30) as I needed some further information The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful, kind and was able to provide what I needed. Thank you for your help.

All staff were so caring ,my surgeon was very good and gave me confidence in my cataract surgery. Cannot thank everyone enough for their care

Drove all the way to Lymington Hospital to have a blood test only to be told no paper work was left by my GP. The link let me book the appointment. Waited patiently for over an hour just to be told I couldn't have my blood test done. Then had to make the arduous journey home. Is this really the best way to treat the elderly?

Had any appointment with Audiology yesterday and had hearing test followed by appointment with consultant. I was all finished before I was booked to see the consultant. Great service!!

I visited UTC on Saturday morning at about 10.00am after tripping and hurting my arm. Within an hour and a half I had been assessed, spoken to the nurse and had my arm X rayed, which showed a fracture. Everyone was friendly and carried out their duties efficiently. Thanks all - you're doing a great job!

Full blood samples given on Monday morning. They were back with Dr surgery and on NHS App next morning, and more importantly also available at Pulmonary function testing that I had same morning. You can't get better service than this. Big Thank you to all.

Attended Lymington hospital to have day surgery, gall bladder removal. I’ve never had surgery before but have had very bad experiences of another hospital so was rather nervous. The hospital is spotlessly clean. I was shown to my own room with bathroom. The HCA who took information and readings was lovely, friendly and very professional. The anaesthetist and surgeon both saw me, answered all my questions and nothing was rushed. It was all very calm. Anaesthetic room was the same , relaxed and calm. Recovery room nurse was reassuring, orientated me as to exactly where I was. I was returned to my room and cared for by the ward sister who was again friendly, professional and very kind. The whole day was 7.30 am until about 2.30pm when I was collected. Many thanks to all the staff of Knightwood Ward you’re doing a brilliant job.

I was circumcised today… from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was in great hands, extremely friendly and had some laughs… made me feel safe and assured I was in good hands. Thank you for all your work you all do at the hospital :) so much praise. :) all the best guys

The nurse that looked after me throughout was absolutely caring & sympathetic to my fears. I had a very bad experience last time, but she was able to put my mind at rest and help me through the procedure. The Doc who was doing the procedure was amazing. I had every faith in him. I can't thank them enough My fears are gone!!

Whilst visiting tonight to have my partners stitches removed due to a hip operation We were met by a very overly efficient person who was only interested in telling us they had no capacity to see us this evening and we needed to come back tomorrow I asked her to please go more slowly but she insisted on motoring through the information failing to draw breath whilst adding thebinfo into the computer virtually forced out of the assessment room terrible experience
