I was circumcised today… from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was in great hands, extremely friendly and had some laughs… made me feel safe and assured I was in good hands. Thank you for all your work you all do at the hospital :) so much praise. :) all the best guys

The nurse that looked after me throughout was absolutely caring & sympathetic to my fears. I had a very bad experience last time, but she was able to put my mind at rest and help me through the procedure. The Doc who was doing the procedure was amazing. I had every faith in him. I can't thank them enough My fears are gone!!

Whilst visiting tonight to have my partners stitches removed due to a hip operation We were met by a very overly efficient person who was only interested in telling us they had no capacity to see us this evening and we needed to come back tomorrow I asked her to please go more slowly but she insisted on motoring through the information failing to draw breath whilst adding thebinfo into the computer virtually forced out of the assessment room terrible experience

Came in for recurrent nose blleds. Dr was very patient, explained everything and carried out the procedure quickly and as painlessly as possible.

I attended the hospital on Friday 12th April for a blood test following a period of ill health. My appointment was at 4 pm. I was seen almost exactly at that time and the very efficient nurse had my blood samples taken within a minute or so, with no fuss and no pain. She was very efficient and had a very pleasing friendly manner. What was even more remarkable was that by 9.30 am the next day the results of the eleven tests were on my NHS app. Utterly extraordinary. In this day and age when there is so much moaning and groaning about overworked hospitals and inefficiency, this whole process was remarkable. The fact that my tests all came back as satisfactory was the icing on the cake. It was wonderful to have my mind put at rest with such incredible speed. Really well done - and thank you!

Thank you for your care and attention today at Blood Test Lymington Hospital. Fast efficient and very easy. Well done. I booked online on Sunday but did not read/register on the application process that my Doctor has to order tests. I spoke to my Doctor on Monday, between booking and attending the appointment, told her that I had booked a blood test and she advised that she needed to order the test which she subsequently did. All worked out as intended in the end. A note maybe …Please make sure your doctor orders the required blood tests before attending the hospital…. It my be worth highlighting this experience to the software pilots to help improve the system. Many thanks for your help and support.

I visited the UTC on a Sunday evening around 6.15pm about 10 days ago for a fractured wrist (as it turns out). The whole experience was so smooth, effortless and a credit to the NHS. All the staff, whether medics, receptionists, cleaners were superb and the whole place was calm, spotlessly clean and, quite honestly, a pleasure to be a part of as required. I give the Hospital a 5* review and am so pleased to share my overall experience as the NHS is all about taking care of us all in our hour of need and most definitely never ever should be taken for granted. Fabulous, thank you so much.

Appointment right on time so no waiting. The two lovely ladies who looked after me were so caring and helpful at my CT scan. I had a really bad back and they were a brilliant help and they constantly checked that I was ok. Thank you both very much.

Booked in for a cataract op. Online booking useless as then sent three dates by post all different. Actual outpatient op was faultless - surgeon, team and ward staff were brilliant, friendly and informative. You just sensed they cared. Discharged on basis a follow up appointment would be sent to check healing. Never sent, I had to ring Admissions who frankly seemed clueless. Now offered follow up but left wondering about not getting a date for the op for the second eye. Is it really too much to expect an efficient admissions/appointments team? Come on guys, you are really letting down the clinicians.
