    I attended a/e by ambulance on 1jan 23 with a breathing disorder in the dept they were all such professional team with good humour they took the worry away which helps from beginning to going home it was great,I am 79 this was only the time I have been into hospital for treatment first time in was all manor. Thank you. R S

    was referred to see the gastro team in August/September and when i was rang to see what was happening to be told that it's in the hand of the consultant and will get a letter through the post on the 13th October - to then be told when I was in the hospital a few days after for the issues I have been referred for, that I was back on the waiting list and when checked my referral online I have gone back to waiting to hear off them by the 1st December - I am not happy with how I have been treated because how can you go from having a letter sent to you in the post to know having to wait again?

    I attended the breast clinic last week, as I have done many times before - each time I have attended I found the staff and consultant to be very friendly and approachable. I have found this department to be the best one in the hospital - Other departments need to observe the running of this department and learn some valuable lessons in how to offer good patient experience.
