    I had an X-ray on my jaw and neck on the 12 April and still not received any results . From reading the nhs website results normally take 7-10 days and mine has been over a month. Can you tell me please who I need to contact to find out my results as it is causing me a great deal of anxiety and stress waiting . Many thanks

    The A&E reception staff that were on at the time of the visit were extremely rude and arrogant. The A&E Clinical staff were excellent and caring. Its a shame that those reception staff are dragging this hospital down. I wouldn't want to go again an face that kind of customer service.

    Had a small lump in my mouth removed. Procedure was carried out efficiently and painlessly by experienced staff. There was no waiting everything on schedule , a credit to the hospital and department.

    Dad was taken by ambulance after a fall. I drove up behind. Reception at a and e would not let me in to my dad who has dementia and struggles to communicate and does not remember what's said neither can he hear or understand them receptionist was rude i asked if she had dementia supports number as they close at 4pm to which i had the response no we are emergency department, he missed 2 doses of medication 3 hrslater they aloud me in when we then had a 6 and half hr wait everytime asked what was going on I got told I'll find out for u then they never returned they did not know he was on a fluid restriction, or about any of his meds or medical problems he's also diabetic and heart failure wasn't given any food for 9 hours. Being around 9pm when he was eventually asked if wanted a sanwich. 9.30pm I told nurse I had to leave and to callme when he gets put on ward, she tookmy number and promised she would call but didnt.I then visit him in amu on 24th and he said they've given him a tablet n told him can't eat or drink for an hr in actual fact they'd given him something for bp and he'd been told not to stand. On 23rd cos he'd had a fall and neck was stiff he went for ct scan they came out and said he shld hv been wearing a neck brace and won't scan him until he is he had already been walking Round for 5 hrs upstairs so little late for this precaution. I am sick of the place everytime I go it gets worse. He also got took for ct and when he returned they had put someone else in the space where his bed was even though his bag of meds were there and my bag was on the window sill

    Bali baines was great, she gave us a hot drink and sandwich which really helped us be comfortable whilst waiting. The staff were busy but had the right attitude and great support. Seen to promptly medically and my Dad was looked after and an overall good experience.

    Had a premed examination for surgery in january for surgery and am still waiting for operation despite notifying pals of my concern no answer has been forthcoming my advice is to those over the age of 60 avoid as they cancel all operation for the elderly

    I visited ward 22 5 days post op with a painful complication. The nurses and doctors were extremely professional and I felt generally cared for me as a patient. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived at the ward and left feeling the best I have in over a week. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of ward 22 for looking after me. You guys do an exceptional job and don’t get the recognition you deserve. You guys are amazing!! (Can you please pass this onto ward 22)

    Received invoices from both Nuffield Heath The Manor and the consultant. In spite of calls (not answered) and emails to the The Manor for over a year now I have not managed to resolve the issue. I have today been hanging on the phone for nearly 10 minutes in an attempt to speak to someone. What can I do?

    My partner was suffering with breathing problems, so I had to phone 999. Ambulance arrived promptly and she was taken to the Manor in Walsall. She was seen immediately and the whole treatment she received was amazing from start to finish. We hear the horror stories in the media about waiting times and shortages of staff, but the staff at the Manor were so professional and caring, I had to pinch myself as I thought it cant be real. My partner and I are so grateful for the care she received and for them literally saving her life. The front line NHS staff are so valuable and I for one will not have a bad word said against them Thank you so much!!!

    The staff at this hospital have no idea how to manage this hospital with very poor communication, appointment cancellation and not being able to see or speak to consultants even though using Pals, secretary's to no avail. Their have been several parking fines imposed through the hospital taking too long to see patients aswell please try and avoid this hospital and don not make a complaint as they will refuse to treat you
