Today I went to see a doctor at this hospital,I cannot move my hand my shoulder pain is unbearable,I politely asked the receptionist if I could be checked out only to be told they will not see me as iv had the pains for over a week!! This is because I thought I'd ripped a muscle which would heal over time so no point bothering the NHS ,now after having no sleep for 5 days and in serious pain I cannot move my hand I feel I need a scan only to be turned away by the woman on reception whilst I'm in obvious pain she could see that but still refused to have me seen said I need to see my doctor!!

Has amazing staff and super quick treatment times. Was in and out within 30/45 minutes and there were no extreme waiting times like most hospitals

I first visited Montagu in March this year for a consultation about my Bunions and I had operations on both feet within a month. I was treated with the best care in every department, I cannot praise the staff enough. I was extremely nervous at having my operations under a local anaesthetic but I had no need to be. My nurse ( wish I could say her name, but I can't) was absolutely amazing and kept me calm, chatting to me all through my operation. I was in the day ward and out, surgery done within 6 hours. I found all departments in Montagu to be spotlessly clean with the most friendly and helpful staff. Also there has never been a problem parking, great system! Thankyou so much to all the staff at Montagu for making my experience so easy and stress free.... Would Highly Recommend!!

I attended the Pain Management Clinic on two separate occasions. Firstly for a consultation and secondly for treatment. Each time I was attended to very quickly despite arriving early for my appointment. I was treated very politely and professionally by all staff and given thorough explanations of my treatments on both occasions. I was given lots of time and felt involved with my treatment plan and decision making.
