From the minute we arrived, my daughter was looked after so well. Reception were reassuring and friendly when we were very scared. The triage was swift and explained what would happen with great clarity. My daughter really felt cared for and no stone was left unturned in making sure her wound was tended to and safe to go home. I cannot thank the staff enough. We are very lucky to have this facility in Newark and my family and I appreciate so very much the amazing NHS. Thank you all at Newark Urgent Care.

Came off my bike was taken here as only half a mile from accident when through the system quickly and efficiently kind staff had X-rays confirmed fracture of pelvis on my way home in couple of hours thanks to everyone

I arrived for my appointment today and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Then I was called in for my appointment with the Dr in dermatology who was exceptional very good check up, always polite and professional. The dermatology team were wonderful.

I had a gastroscopy on the Tuesday and a colonoscopy on the Thursday and honestly everyone there was so nice, they were all so reassuring and chatty and put my mind at ease, they were quick when they needed to be and slowed down when I needed it. The woman working in the recovery room even remembered details I'd told her about my partner on Tuesday when I was back again a few days later and asked about it, it was really sweet. Everyone was fast, efficient, but kind and caring and let me take the time I needed to at each stage. They were honestly perfect. If only the colonoscopy pre-prep drink was half as pleasant, but you can't win them all!

Went in with a suspected fractured/dislocated toe and was in and out within 30 minutes including an x-ray. All the staff from the reception team, nurses and even passing porters were incredibly friendly. Was really impressed with the speed and efficiency for a very minor injury in the end, especially compared to QMC where you can wait several hours to be seen even with a much more serious injury. Thank you to the staff for excellent treatment and service!

I took my daughter to hospital yesterday and the nurses were amazing, they noticed that my baby was becoming extremely agitated due to the wait so they got another dr to come and look at my daughter. I went again this afternoon and once again I was seen straight away and the nurses were amazing with my daughter, they entertained her when it was becoming more of a struggle due to boredom and I couldn’t of asked for a more pleasant experience.

I attended the Newark Urgent treatment centre yesterday for a broken toe. I had expected to wait a number of hours due to the low key seriousness of my injury but I was in and out within 1 hour. All staff were so helpful and kind and extremely efficient. Other practices should learn from Newark. Thanks
