Review titled Poor service
Rated 1 star out of 5

I went in emergency department with high blood pressure which is happening for first time in my life. No one even check me i have to wait 8 hours and I still didn't see any doctor to tell me where is a problem so i have to go home and look after me by myself. So why it's called emergency if there is nothing emergency . I'm very disappointed of service and staff when you try to ask them something they are telling you wait or go like they don't care about us. Nobody will go there if it's feeling well. They treat us like we are stupid and we don't understand. Yes i don't have medical education that's why I am there. Very very disappointed.

You're kidding people, I've been sitting since 7 p.m., now it's 4:20 p.m. and I'm still waiting for a scan along with over 40 other people that no one calls.

Review titled Disappointed

I went to a&e due to moderate upper back and chest pain. I waited almost 4 hours to be seen by a triage nurse who took my vital signs and sent me to the urgent treatment centre. I waited for another 2-3 hours to be seen by a doctor who just listened to my chest and gave me 2 weeks worth of medication. No tests were done like an ecg or X-ray. Surely if someone comes stating they have chest pain whether it’s from back pain or something else, an ecg or X-ray would be done. But none of that was done. It’s as if as they couldn’t be bothered to listen and just wanted to get rid of me. I was even told just to go to my gp next time because they deal with emergencies. Don’t they realise that chest pain can lead to serious problems? I’m very disappointed in this hospital and would not recommend anyone to come here unless this hospital changes.
