    I attended Clinic 6 Dermatology today October 22nd to have a skin lesion removed. The consultant ensured that I was informed about all aspects of the procedure. He was pleasant, caring and had an excellent bedside manner. I felt very well taken care of throughout. A special mention also for his nursing assistant and her care.

    Tried calling to enquire about our dad who was taken into hospital got through to reception and transferred to icu department was waiting over 1 hrs for someone to pick up the phone never experienced unthinking like terrible service

    I have quite complexed health needs and presented at the hospital on Saturday late afternoon with a suspected stroke The young male Doctor who treated me was excellent he explained what happening at every stage, answered all my questions and gave me the next steps. The care i received was outstanding. He really deserves to be highlighted. I said thank you but just want to thank him again.

    On the 9th of July 2024 I went to The North Middlesex A&E after looking up the waiting times on the NHS website for other casualty depts' (this hospital is nearest to my home but I'd never been there before). I arrived at 10.45am and signed in at reception then asked to go to the waiting room, 5 minutes later the nurses in room 6 called my name and after assessing my injury a specialist surgeon was brought to the room and I was sent to the x-ray department to make sure no bones were fractured or broken. 20 minutes later I was back in room 6 looking at the x-ray results which showed no breaks etc but I do have a large haematoma (I slipped over whilst in Turkey 2 weeks ago hitting my thigh on a marble corner of the swimming pool but I couldn't be bothered to see the doctor despite having medical insurance). The nurse said I needed to rest, apply ice packs and to keep my leg elevated for a couple of days (I'd done none of those things previous to attending A&E) to see if the lump diminishes and to make an appointment at reception for a few days time to review my injury and discuss further treatment if it is necessary, so I've got an appointment this Friday. I cannot praise all the staff at this hospital enough. I was in and out in just over an hour and was 100% satisfied with every department, my diagnosis and treatment. Every member of staff was friendly, polite, helpful and happy (wish I could name the 2 nurses in room 6 who were really happy and totally fabulous). I used to have private healthcare (came with my job) and my experience at The North Middlesex hospital A&E was better than "going private" I cannot believe how quickly I was seen and sorted out. A massive "Thank You" to everyone at this hospital and to our NHS. Amazing!

    Josie from Clinic 6 is such a friendly and helpful lady. She went above and beyond to help me with looking into my dad's upcoming surgery even though it was not part of her clinic etc. And with her help the ball is now rolling and my dad will be having his surgery soon. All done with a smile too. Thank you Josie.

    The nurses, surgeons and the anesthetist of the Operation theatre and recovery room were exceptional. Since the time I got admitted, the staffs were very comforting, dealt with all my queries and overall made me feel easy with my C section. I had a very positive experience with the staffs. Thankful and grateful for all the staffs, you all made me feel safe and in good hands.

    A huge thank you to both the doctor and his nursing assistant, he took time answering all my questions, explained the procedure and perhaps further procedure depending on lab results from the biopsy. Put me totally at ease whilst performing the surgery, extremely grateful that it was at North Mid and with a plastic surgeon rather than just a dermatologist and at the Alma medical centre, that cancelled my appointment twice! Thank you again to both of you.

    My father was admitted to North Mid last night after a fall. He was back in his care home by 10.30am this morning. He had x-rays to his hip and head, blood taken and other tests and examinations. Fortunately he hadn’t hurt himself. What a fantastic service, thank you so much!
