    This was my first visit to North Tyneside hospital. I think the whole experience was very good. Parking, not an issue. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. The staff I needed to see were all very polite and professional and waiting times were very short. I feel the staff went above and beyond. The npr worked well when leaving the car park so no need to insert parking ticket. Thank you.

    The care and attention I received from the Day surgical ward, theatre staff and ward 8 was excellent. My thanks go to everyone, porters, cleaners, tea ladies, theatre staff, nursing staff and physio's for the manner in which they carry out their duties. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always had a kind word and a smile on their faces. Thank you to everyone, you are a credit to the NHS, and we are so lucky to have the NHS itself.
