  1. Review titled Thank you

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Jenny Sharp - Posted on 10 October 2022

Am eternally grateful to the staff of the ENT dept, after having nasal camera that looked into my throat, a problem I've experienced for over 10 years and thought to be with my lungs ,was shown to be coming from my throat . The staff could not have been more helpful in showing and explaining what I was looking at .They are disgussing everything with a consultant so am now waiting to hear from them . 10 years of thinking and worrying about a copd diagnosis that never was ...I must mention this diagnosis was not made at Telford .Thank you again ladies, you both took years of stress and worry away in minutes.

  2. Review titled TIA clinic

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Alison Leigh - Posted on 28 October 2022

The staff in TIA clinic were reassuring and informative. The receptionist explained what would happen, the HCA who did my Obs was efficient but engaging and the Consultant was reassuring and explained clearly what had happened , he was thorough even though he seemed sure of the diagnosis very quickly. Thank you all so much for taking care of me. It may seem a small thing but we were offered a cup of tea and that is caring attention to detail.

My daughter was Admitted to ward 14 She was dealt with very quickly She received an uncompromising standard of care by everyone. When she was sent down to be discharged And wait for her medication the nurse that was on duty Was extremely polite, very professional and explained everything very clearly. The food in the canteen was also great

  5. Review titled Too long to wait for results

    by whisperpq33 - Posted on 15 August 2022

I have had a recent osteo arthritic flare up in my knee. Leaving me unable to walk without a stick. The GP has been fantastic and referred me for blood tests, physio and X rays. Yesterday I went for the x ray, only to be told by the radiographer that the results would take 12 weeks! This is a ridiculously long time to wait for x ray results. What is going on?

  6. Review titled Efficient, thorough service.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 31 August 2022

I had to attend A&E over a weekend in August and after an initial assessment I was transferred to the Acute Medical Ward. All staff were thoughtful and efficient. The service I received was excellent and given the current pressures on the NHS, all staff were cheerful and kind.

i was visiting Shropshire and unfortunately fell and broke my arm, I visited Princess Royal A&E on August 14th, despite being extremely busy everyone was kind, friendly and efficient. You have a fantastic team and I would like to thank them all for looking after me so well, especially triage nurse Girlie who was extra kind and caring.

  8. Review titled Very caring staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Helen Silver - Posted on 13 July 2022

I have attended the Colposcopy department three time over the last couple of years and have found this service excellent . The lead nurse is extremely knowledgeable and both her and the rest of the team are very professional ,caring and treated me with both dignity and respect . They have carried on with this service throughout the covid epidemic which was very reassuring to myself and I am sure many other patients .

  9. Review titled Professional friendly staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Donald Carmichael - Posted on 25 July 2022

I had to have a scan after a fall at home. All the staff were considerate, professional and helpful. I was not kept waiting for an inordinate time and was kept informed of what was happening. The young doctor I saw and the nurse that tried to stop my head bleeding were just two of the great team that I saw.
