The Midwife and student that I saw today for reduced movements were amazing. I cannot recommend enough, they made me feel so relaxed and at ease. Left the maternity hub feeling very happy and looked after.

Review titled Awful waiting time, worst than before
Rated 1 star out of 5

Ambulance has taken me to the A&E as I had awful pain. I had to wait for painkiller when we arrived I almost passed out. After half an hour I was given morphein and blood has been taken. Then nothing happened. I must say the paramedics were amazing, they were so caring and nice. But then they moved me to a waiting room full off patiens and visitors, i think visitors should not be allowed as the room was so packed. Then until 8 am nothing happened, apart from a carer checking your temperature, noone coming to check on patiens asking if we would need anything. Elderly people were sitting around too I thought the care was absolutely shocking. After a 9 hours of wait I decided to ask when I am going to see a doctor, I was told I have not been waiting that long wow. And probably another 2 hours, and I have not even had a scan nothing done. Not to mention that I have missed my work too, it was absolutely a waste of time sitting there on a plastic chair..Not even a bed was given. I did not found the nurses too caring..they were just sitting around chatting, gossiping or checking their phone. So I have decided to go home. I think I prefer to die at home than going into the hospital again. Pointless to say that I still do not know what is wrong with me, as no scan was taken and I am scared to eat now as paramedics suggested I might have a problem with my gallbladder.

Review titled Shocking treatment
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Mandy - Posted on 24 January 2024
Failed my late ex husband shockingly since his diagnosis of oesophageal cancer in oct 21 to his death in the hospital in April 23 Promised him treatment that never happened, begged for what little he got! Discharged him 4 times in the last month of his life dying and barely able to breath to an empty flat with no aftercare package ever put in place. I kept taking him back to A&E in such a bad state, and within days they had him waiting for hours in their departure lounge for his meds. Lots of other poor souls waiting in there to be collected by a taxi and sent home alone. I will never get over the way he was treated it will haunt me forever
