    Booking in was clear, polite and the waiting area not crowded. Staff explained clearly the stages of procedure and were very friendly. Questions were answered clearly and next steps outlined. When Booking in it would be reassuring to be informed that appointments were running on time or with delays.

    Wrong medication Medication late No empathy to patients Lack of communication No care for patients Patients are.moved around to fit the service Service lead rather than resource lead Moved buzzers so patients can't call the nurse Absolutely shocking

    The two members of staff who were running the paeds phlebotomy clinic where amazing! They put my 11 year old daughters nerves at ease. I can't thank them enough

    Massive thank you to the staff on AMU Admissions for caring for my nan. Myself and my family are extremely grateful for the care and compassion you showed to both my nan and us. Absolutely outstanding care in such a busy area.

    I came for a colonoscopy today 9.01.2024, A daunting experience for anyone but as a disabled wheelchair user I found the staff to be extremely helpful, kind and caring. The efficiency of the service I could not fault. So thank you Colonoscopy team for being so kind and understanding, it’s reassuring to know that this service does work, so if called get it checked and don’t be frightened the staff are on your side!     All staff were very kind and caring, from the nurse who booked me in on arrival, the nurse who took me down to theatre and the various members of staff who looked after me whilst waiting to go into theatre. The staff who looked after me in recovery and saw to my pain relief and the nurse who looked after me back on the ward post op.

    Had to take my wife into A&E with suspected appendicitis. Only waited 15 mins in a packed a&e for her to be seen. And was promptly told to go upto a ward to get her checked out. Fortunately it wasn't appendicitis . We were in and out in under 3 hours. We cannot thank the staff enough.

    Absolutely first class and caring. My wife has been treated with compassion understanding professional care. Who knows what the future brings but I know with Russell's hall hospital cardio care my wife has the best in charge. God bless all of the many who have helped my wife.

    My husband was admitted to Rainbow Ward with blood clot and fast beating heart. I must say everyone from the doctors to the nurses have been absolutely brilliant with the patience of saints. Just to say from me and my son's and husband.Thank you
