    The staff were so reassuring and kind and took the fear out of my procedure. Everyone doctors and nurses explained everything clearly. The sandwich tea and biscuits were most welcome in recovery. Thankyou one and all. You couldn’t have done more.

    From having my Prostatectomy to catherter removal after a complication down to another hospital, I cannot fault the amazing people from top to bottom at this hospital. I am forever grateful for your professionalism and empathy. Many thanks to you all

    Every appointment is rearranged at least twice. Complete failure to understand that housebound elderly patients rely on relatives to arrange time off work to bring them - swopping and changing this is not always easy and this department's appointment booking/admin is high-handed, disorganised and inconsiderate. Have also attended unnecessary 'double-booked' appointments. Admin staff have no understanding of the procedures being booked, urgency or otherwise. On the plus side the medical staff seem very competent and reassuring.

    I attended Solihull Hospital for an operation and have to say I was very impressed. The staff that I interacted with were all so friendly and at the same time professional. Please thank your staff and colleagues for making what could have been a stressful ordeal a pleasant experience.

  6. Review titled Great service from Urgent Treatment Centre and Radiology

    Review is for the Urgent Treatment Centre for minor injuries and for the Radiology Dept. I attended early this morning having injured my knee. Pleasant receptionists and waiting room. After a short wait I was assessed by a Nurse Practitioner and sent 2 doors along for an Xray in Radiology. Straight in, no wait. The radiologist calmly talked me through the Xray procedure. Back to UTC again and a few minutes later, my Xray was reviewed. Received excellent service from these two knowledgeable and experienced members of staff, and saw that all staff treated patients with friendliness and respect. Thank you very much for this really valuable service, well done!

    I attended today for routine breast screening. I was seen right away. The staff were very friendly and reassuring, talked me through the procedure. I was told when and how I would be notified of the results. All done painlessly in a few minutes. Excellent service, thank you.

    Terrible trying to get any communication from rheumatology nurse. Trying to contact them regarding a prescription for my simponi injection as sciensus cannot deliver my injection without it but nothing is being done as its needed by the 12th of every month but dont have any for july onwards

    Visited for chest X-ray, receptionist was fine but when called in both people doing X-ray clearly did not want to be there and see patients as a nuisance ,spoke to me very abruptly not the slightest bit of friendliness ,maybe a bit of empathy wouldn’t go a miss , and 2 to 3 weeks before GP gets results seems crazy
