  3. Review titled Impossible to get an appointment

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by William - Posted on 03 February 2023

I have tried multiple times to speak to someone to arrange Physiotherapy but no one answers the phone. Today is Friday and I phoned at 2:30 pm, a recording said there wee 3 people in front of me, it’s now 4.17 pm, and guess what no one has answered the phone. I am sorry to say this is very poor and someone needs to look into why this department do not answer phone calls.
