    I visited the Endoscopy unit at St Helens hospital and the whole experience from visiting the reception for booking in to having my examinations was so simple and straightforward. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Everyone I met couldn't do enough to help ease my mind and reassure me that everything was going smoothly. Thank you. Your all a absolute credit to your profession

    Just recently attended the Sanderson Suite for skin lesion removal. It was a very well organised, professional, & friendly experience which was very much appreciated as having surgery of any kind can be daunting. A big thank you to the surgeon and all the members of the wonderful team for putting me at ease and looking after me, you were fantastic.

    After being diagnosed with a bladder tumour earlier this year I was booked in for surgery in the Sanderson Suite within 4 weeks. Thanks to the expert theatre staff skill in removing the tumour I was out the same day. I then had 6 weeks of chemo which again was administered without problems by the brilliant specialist nurses in the Lilac suite. Following all this I had a internal camera inspection this week that showed I was all clear and booked in for a check up in 6 months. From start to finish of my treatment everyone I dealt with was both caring and professional and explained procedures to be undertaken clearly. I am not allowed to name the consultant or specialist nurses apparently in this review but hope they will remember me. Best wishes to all.

    I recently attended Sanderson suite for an outpatient (hernia) procedure and was simply blown away with the amazing care, professionalism and compassion from all the staff. I was kept overnight in the Seddon Suite to assist with my post Op recovery. The quality of the medical care was outstanding. I would like thank the staff who performed the surgery and provided after care with immense dignity and compassion. Can you pass my deepest thanks to the staff in the Sanderson and Seddon Suites who cared for me. They are my angels. Thank you so much.

    Having struggled for a number of years with various joint problems, I had to attend St Helens Musculoskeletal dept and a lovely lady took me through a number of exercises and procedures with a new problem to my hands and wrists. She was empathetic, talked me through several issues with great patience and explained everything fully. Gave me great advice and recommendations going forward. All with a great sense of humour, whilst remaining very professional. A credit to this dept. and the NHS.

    Exceptional Staff. My experience having poss skin cancer lump removed was painless and first class in every way. Many thanks to everyone there who worked so hard to reassure and help all who were waiting for their procedure.

    I have just returned from attending the Xray Department . I was referred by my dentist. I was very nervous but was completely put at ease by the radiographer who explained what was going to happen, she is a credit to the hospital. From checking in at reception to leaving the hospital was twenty minutes brilliant service, very good service from an excellent hospital trust.

    From the reception staff through the nurses and doctors I cannot find fault with their care compassion and their ability to manage my procedure The experience was outstanding they do it with a fine balance of professionalism and human warmth . I will not hesitate to sing their praises to my group of friends and family . Thanks so much ladies and gentlemen
