What a lovely and relaxing hospital. From original consultation to surgery all staff members were professional, considerate and friendly. Each step of the procedure was explained so I could understand. The pain relief was explained so I would always be on top of it. The food was fresh and tasted home made. I Highly recommend this hospital.

From going through the door to leaving the staff are always putting you at ease even though you are nervous. The nurses are better than they know and the surgeon is great even though I am sore today , so I would like to thank all the staff for their care and for giving me a great experience

I came in for a hip replacement operation few days ago. I was amazed at how welcoming the staff were- this includes the reception, the general nurses, cleaners and canteen staff. The after care after the operation was great as-well- the nurses were really helpful (especially two best friends!) and supported me to get back onto my feet. I felt like even though i had a language barrier the nurses really made me feel at ease. Beardwood Hospital really was a home away from home! So thank you to all the staff!

Was lucky enough to be sent here by the NHS to have a Total Shoulder Replacement. I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful all the staff are. So caring, efficient, friendly and most of all the expertise of the surgeon. The catering was amazing, everyone was just wonderful. The whole experience was pleasant and professional. I would recommend anyone to come here if they could afford to go private or be lucky enough to be sent by the NHS. Thank you all so so much :-)

Our father was booked in for a scheduled hip operation on Friday 15th March 2024. The care and support he received right across the board, from Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists & Domestic staff was second to none. The professional, yet friendly approach, displayed by the nursing staff made for a stress free stay. As a family, we would like to say a huge thank you for looking after our father and commend you all for the high quality and level of care he received.

I like to say a very big thank you to the two nurses on duty in the CT department on Thursday morning week ending 08/03/24 they both showed dedication & true professional experience & courtesy. The two nurses were completely superb even taking the time to reassure me in every way. Also the doctor on duty during my treatment was excellent, taking the time to explain his findings after the procedure was completed. Thank you all once again.

Had a Urology procedure at Beardwood hospital last Tuesday,I can’t thank the consultant and nursing staff enough they were all very professional and caring,I had to stay in for one night and the nursing staff here are amazing ,also the private rooms. I would highly recommend Beardwood for any medical procedure Thanks

Two appointments in which I had to leave because of excessive waiting times for elective minor surgery. Appointment revised twice on the 28/2/24 and when I arrive cannot be given any kind of a time frame as to when I could receive treatment. A nurse dropped a glove on the floor when removing it from the dispenser and pushed it back into the machine. Overall a very disappointing hospital that I would definitely not recommend, a private hospital that offers a far worse service than any NHS hospital that I have ever visited. The demeanor of the medical professionals leave a great deal to be desired. 0/10 rating.
