I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in my knee replacement surgery.From the very beginning ,the girls on reception made the check-in process smooth and welcoming,setting the tone for what would be an incredible experience. The nursing staff,with their kindness,attention for detail and their constant reassurance made me feel supported every step of the way. A special thank you to my surgeon.His expertise and care not only gave me a new knee but restored my quality of life.I truly appreciate his patience in explaining the procedure and his skill in iexecuting it so successfully.I am already seeing the benefits and feel so much better. The care I received when I came in for a total knee replacement was excellent and all staff were so friendly. I cannot fault anything with my stay at the Horder Centre. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

I had TKR at the end of May. When you enter the hospital you are greeted by a friendly receptionist and treated very kindly. Super well-organised from there and into theatre. Smoothly taken from recovery to Dufferin Ward into a lovely bright and comfortable room. I cannot fault the staff, whether medical, nursing or catering. Everyone was brilliant. Then the lovely team of physios who work hard to get you moving again. I came home after 3 nights feeling thoroughly rested and confident to make a good recovery. Thank you so much to everyone at this superb hospital.

I'd like to thank the NHS doctor and his male nurse for making me feel so much at ease for the above procedure. They were both very pleasant and jovial and very reassuring at all times. Great service.

Had my left knee replaced in February and right knee on 21/5/2004. Every member of staff I had contact with from arrival until discharge was professional and friendly. Cleanliness was top level and the food was excellent . Special mention for my HCA ( think that’s correct? ) for her sense of humor and patience. If you have to go through this procedure then this is the place to have it done. So once again a big thank you to everyone involved.

Everything about my experience at the Horder Crowborough has been exceptional: the people, the rooms, the cleanliness and how I was made to feel welcome and important. In particular I would like to commend my surgeon and theatre nurse. I was nervous about my surgery but need not have been. Thank you all.

I was very nervous regarding my full hip replacement I received excellent care everyone at the horder centre was so kind everything was explained to me I am doing extremely well no pain a miracle every day gets a little better I am a dancer I love walking and to be able to resume these when recovered is just amazing I thank everyone for giving me my life back

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for everyone at The Horder Centre during my knee replacement. What an amazing team they have from the receptionist to the surgeons who made me feel so welcome and definitely put my nerves at ease. All the staff had smiles on their faces especially the nurses, doctors, physios, and all who took part in my hospital stay. I went from feeling nervous to calm which helped me through every part of my stay. I had a really nice private room with all the comforts I needed including nice food. Thank you everyone again including my surgeon and all theatre staff for taking my pain away and making me a new woman. Thank you. Thank you.

From the time I arrived until I left, I was treated with respect, care and kindness. The surgeon for my Total Hip Replacement along with his team were excellent, respecting my wishes as were the nursing staff and physio team. I cannot fault this hospital. I would highly recommend it for hip surgery.
