The room where I was staying was spotless and more like a hotel room with an electric bed. The professor, nurses and doctor that dealt me while having my spinal surgery went above beyond to keep me comfortable, dosed up and well fed when I could eventually eat. 😅 could not rate the whole experience any higher. Thanks so much for everyone that helped me feel super welcome. With thanks C M

I was admitted 19th June to have a operation on my very painful varicose veins as a day case. I had my own room which was perfect , the care I received was excellent . Everyone who I met were so kind and professional. A big thankyou to everyone who looked after me so well . I definitely recommend this great hospital .

Both recent visits to The Three Shires for minor surgery were equally excellent, with friendly, re-assuring and very professional service on the part of the Consultant and the nurses who looked after me. They were happy to answer any questions, as well as talking me clearly through each stage of the procedure.

The consultant and all staff were very friendly and professional, the care I received was exceptional from when I arrived and until me leaving, would definitely recommend this Hospital to friends and family

After suffering carpal tunnel discomfort I was assessed quickly and operated on soon after. Outcome excellent ,healed rapidly and delighted with the friendly, immensely skilled people who dealt with my problem. Couldn't be more pleased .

I attended Three Shires for a Biopsy, everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant, efficient and caring, but the I expected this, as it is what I have come to expect of any treatment I have received over the years at Three Shires Hospital.

Had back surgery and have just returned home. Everything and everyone was great apart from the lady on the front desk who was not very welcoming when I arrived yesterday and not very friendly when I left today. She spoilt what otherwise was a really great experience

I have been in this hospital ( self funding) a few times over the last 15 years for different procedures and each time have been treated with dignity and respect. Most staff from domestic upwards have been there for many years and are all very kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble and they always have time to listen and help when possible. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

GP sent me here as the appointment for a gastroscopy would come through much earlier than going to Northampton General Hospital. There was one nurse and the consultant. Neither of them could get the cannula in, and there was no-one in the hospital for them to call to do it. I went through the normal recovery rooms, and in the second one the lady asked how it went and gave me a form to complete to give them a review. No-one had told her they were unable to do the procedure.
