    We arrived today for my wife's pre-arranged appointment only to be told that it had been cancelled by the consultant without prior notification to ourselves. A wasted journey and time.

    I was treated at Wandsbeck for a dinner fork fracture after falling while out walking. It was the first day of our holiday and after being taken there by a fabulous ambulance crew, I was treated almost immediately. I was in a lot of pain and everyone there couldn’t have looked after me any better. Absolutely fantastic thank you so very much.

    Developed a chest infection while on holiday and couldn't be seen by home doctor. Advised to go here. A busy place attending to lots of accidents and injuries, but was seen, thoroughly examined, infection diagnosed and given a course of treatment to alleviate. We really don't appreciate enough what a wonderful NHS we have! Well done and many thanks!
