All members of staff are very knowledge and respectful. They genuinely care for the patients and they take time to listen to all their concerns. The department can be reached promptly: they answer the phone and they get your questions answered, connect you to a doctor via the secretary - in general, they are very efficient and get things done.

I received nothing but kindness and care from the staff, which helped me relax and undergo the procedure with less anxiety.

I have just had my gallbladder removed in day surgery. The consultant all the theatre staff, and nursing staff were really brilliant! Reassuring, professional, very caring and helpful. A sense of humour helped too! There was privacy and respect. The department telephoned the following morning to see how I was feeling and if all was ok. I really appreciated the care and help as I was very anxious beforehand. All done now and recovery on its way. Thank you all at Warwick Hospital! Five stars all the way from me

An unexpected visit to A&E this evening with my daughter after a referral from GP. Reception staff were efficient and friendly. We were then seen by the children’s department very quickly. All staff were brilliant, the nurses were all exceptional, very friendly and super efficient and they immediately put my daughter at ease with any procedures etc. We were soon sent home, an excellent service - thank you so much.

I attended the Day Case unit for a gynaecology operation. The treatment I received from all involved was really good. It ran like a well oiled machine and everyone I came across was kind and pleasant. Following my operation I spent the night on the 23 hour ward where again I received kind and efficient care. Thanks to all involved.

I attended A&E minor injuries unit, on Monday morning, having had a significant fall. The quality of the care which I received was outstanding. The doctor was attentive and listened carefully to the circumstances which led up to my fall. He was kind and thoughtful in the way in which he reviewed my bumps and, what turned out to be, my broken wrist. He took his time to reassure me. He monitored my progress through the system ie: to XRay and back to him. My wrist needed manipulating back into place. The nurse that joined him could not have been more caring. The conversation was relaxed between us and that allowed me to feel secure. The follow up appointment notification arrived on my mobile phone later that day. That was a key feature of the efficiency of the service, always prompt and informative. Given that our health service is stretched to the absolute limits you would not have been aware of that in terms of the care I received. Thank you very much for everything.

I attended the Cardiology Investigations Unit with my husband yesterday (Saturday!). He was there for tests to ascertain a diagnosis of his symptoms. The Advanced Practitioner who did the scans was very professional, knowledgeable and gave my husband plenty of information along with some treatment. Whilst the diagnosis wasn't what he wanted, we both came out feeling happy with the consultation. Well done Warwick hospital. Once again, for us, you have come up trumps.

Visited accident and emergency tonight as my husband was unwell.All the staff were amazing we were treated so kindly by all.After a full assessment and treatment he was allowed home with advice on what to do and to return if at all worried.All the staff should be so proud of their department we didn't feel worried about being there the staff kept us informed at all times .wouldn't be worried about going there again .

While I am fully supportive of an MDT approach, I felt that my diabetes appointment yesterday was not the way to do it. This was my annual type 1 diabetes review with the consultant, and there was also a dietician and a nurse there. I found that the dietician was a distraction, she clearly did not like the diet I have (low carb, high in fruit and fresh vegetables) and we spent more time talking about my diet than we did on my recent blood tests that my GP and I were concerned about. The doctor was not concerned about my diet and even commented so, and I won't be changing it. I think it would have been better to have a separate appointment with the dietician rather than taking so much of my time with the consultant.

had a recent urgent trip to a and e for my son - all the staff i encountered were excellent, kind hearted and prompt. my son was in emergency surgery asap. thank you very much for all your help
