Review titled Amazing team on Eden Warc
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by A L Lee - Posted on 10 May 2023
Five stars just doesn’t seem sufficient to express my appreciation of the kindness, care and clinical excellence I have received. Such wonderful treatment at a difficult time has been a real comfort I could not be more grateful.

Review titled Outstanding maternity care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 31 May 2023
Really excellent care across the maternity pathway provided by committed staff. Generally good, spacious, modern facilities, particularly on the labour ward. All the staff were friendly and caring and there seemed to be a strong commitment to offering continuity of care and respecting patient preferences. In particular, a midwife called Beauty provided truly outstanding care during the delivery of our baby daughter. Thank you to all the team at Wexham Park, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the service.

Review titled Care of patient 6.5.23
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 06 May 2023
Relative went for a simple blood test at 13:30. Was still here at 22:05. No comms between patient and doctor. Told no admittance required, then told you're being admitted. Now not necessary. Waited almost 2 hours for discharge, removal of cannula and medication. Still dont know who the doctor is, waiting times are off the chart, and care not up to standards. Relative now has to come back next Tuesday to have all these done again. This is not acceptable!

Review titled An example of the NHS at its best
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by R Mayne - Posted on 17 April 2023
Lady Sobell GI Unit. No one looks forwards to a colonoscopy and I was very anxious. All the staff were caring, knowledgeable and professional, taking time to put me at my ease, explain the procedure, possible complications etc. My anaesthetist was friendly and efficient with a touch of humour. The gastroenterologist had clearly read my notes, knew my medical history and that of my family. I felt like a real person. The whole team have my sincere thanks.

Review titled Considerate, attentive care
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by EmilyW - Posted on 21 April 2023
I visited Day Surgery 2, sadly following a missed miscarriage. The nurses on shift, in particular one who looked after me all morning, were nothing but attentive, caring and sympathetic. They spoke in a calm manner and explained everything that was going to happen. Following the procedure they looked after me with dignity and ensured I was never left alone. I was absolutely dreading the day but left feeling so grateful and in awe of the work these incredible nurses do! Thank you for looking after me so well.

Review titled Poor Bedside manner A/E
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 25 March 2023
When visiting the A&E with a child the practitioner we saw was curt and condescending. They didn’t introduce themself, didn’t wear a form of identification and spoke to us like we were ignorant or an imposition. While we understand the NHS is under a lot of pressure, there is no excuse for such behaviour and I have rarely seen such a visit in my 10+ years in healthcare.
