  1. Review titled Inadequate mental health care

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 23 July 2022

After suffering several years with mental health issues fobbed off by gp & local mh services recently admitted following manic episode & attempted suicide Taken to worthing a&e early morning. Promises of assistance & admission to mh facility to stabilise condition but kept in bay until nearly 9pm & then discharged with no support or advice. Nhs talk a lot about mental health care provision but the truth seems to be that they don't really care & are inept at dealing with it.

  2. Review titled Exactly what a hospital should be

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Callum - Posted on 28 July 2022

So, it was 9am on a Monday. The previouse day I'd had a fall from height and my foot/ankle was really sore to the point I couldn't walk. Within 10 minutes of arriving and filling in my details on the tablets I was seen by someone to ask questions on my visit. From there I was sent to major incidents where I again had a very small weight before I was seen by a friendly doctor who assessed me, told me what I might have done and sent me for an x-ray. 30 minutes later I was back in her office talking over the results, having bloods taken and being told how to care for my injury. Everyone was so friendly, the service was quick and I got all my questions answered. All in all I was in and out in 4 hours. A great service.
