During my one day stay I was extremely well cared for. Stuff is very professional, kind, well organised. I was booked in 7:30am, had my procedure done around noon and discharged around 2pm. This is a very impressive result. I was particularly impressed how well they looked after challenging patients with Alzheimer. Ward was also very clean. Toilet was spotless. I have never seen cleaner toilets in any hospital. This was private hospital standard.

I would like to thank everyone in the Endoscopy Unit at Wycombe General Hospital. I had a procedure at the beginning of July 2022 and would like to thank everyone who cared for me. I was treated with the utmost kindness, care and consideration. When I arrived I was quite nervous about my procedure but everyone was most kind and made me feel at ease. I would also like to add how spotlessly clean the unit was and I was made to feel very comfortable. My cup of tea and biscuits at the end was a lovely end to my appointment and most welcome. Please pass on my sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone I came into contact with, including the kind gentleman on reception. You are certainly a credit to the hospital.

My father didn’t even make the appointment he had to cancel due to having surgery receptionist was the most least helpful person ever during the call she even decided to have a chat with someone else talking about Scotland and birthdays while my father sat there not knowing what she was on about because she just ignored him! Get some helpful staff that actually care about their patients! Extremely rude gobsmacked!
