I had a really good experience with my cataract operation. The procedure was really quick and I was looked after very well by everyone. I will not be apprehensive at all when the time comes for me to have my other eye operated on

Everything went to plan and every care was taken to get things right. The results of my surgery have been great with very little discomfort being experienced.

I couldnt have asked for better service than I got at Spamedic - within 3 weeks of dianosis I was having surgery whichtook place in the suggested time Staff were great making me feel at ease . the op was successful and Ive had no problems since ( and Im nearly 90)

From start to finish the experience was excellent. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Kindly gave me an appointment to fit in with existing plans. Would thoughly recommend.

Both the initial assessment appointment and the cataract operation were first class in the way they were conducted and all the staff members were not only efficient but put you at ease with their friendliness .

Everything went very well from the transport to the surgery and everything in between. Spamedica staff work efficiently and courteously. They are all friendly and helpful; the driver, the meet and greet man, the receptionists, the nurses and the surgeon all treated me kindly. I was given plenty of information before and after the op. Thank you everybody.

I had a cataract operation on 1st June 2024. The total experience, starting with the pre-assessment on 28th May 2024 was brilliant. The staff, both clerical and medical, were amazing and put me at ease as I was very apprehensive about having the operation. The booklets provided were very helpful and answered a lot of my queries. I would give this practice a 5* rating - I can't say more than top class, excellent, and a great medical centre.

I had my first appointment today and although I was feeling apprehensive as to what to expect, all the staff were so friendly and kind and completely put me at ease. I want to thank them all for the treatment I received and will feel so much more at ease for my next appointment in July.

All the staff from Receptionist to Surgeon, were helpful, pleasant and efficient. The surgery procedure was not frightening because of all the careful preparations and explanations given. What a great team. One of the stages involved a long wait in a room which felt quite chilled because of the air-conditioning. I would have taken a cardigan with me if I'd been forewarned.
