Fantastic physiotherapist who advised me precisely what to do in emergencies in the future. The physiotherapist helped make me feel at ease and u ferrous my struggles and pain. Unfortunately the initial physiotherapy appointment was t advantageous as my condition is too advanced for help but with this said, I’ve been referred to alternative senior physiotherapists, musculoskeletal and neuro surgeons as urgent so will await these appointments & hope that they can help me further.

Awful service in regards to booking patients on 30 minutes session without a 5 minutes break between sessions to allow the client to leave and the room to be refreshed for the next patient to be received, which causes delays, being asked to wait 5-10 minutes or more for physio to finish the treatment on the patient in hand. The physio people have no fault in all this greediness and cheap location conditions to patients Ascenti management offers to patients. Hats off to the male physio, from room 508, Pell Street, Surrey Quays, se8 5en, for his attitude, knowledge and professionalism showed, unfortunately as a physio you have no fault on working conditions Ascenti leaves him to work on his patients!!! It happened to me today, 30th July 2024 when I was told by the physio, which has no fault whatsoever, to wait 5-10 minutes for him to finish the session with a patient in hand, which put me off as I did not have any intention going over the time already scheduled, moreover to enter the room after another patient just left, room without air conditioning on a 32 degrees weather outdoors just with a window opened and a fan. It is outrageous and unacceptable to treat patients with no respect, offering such poor conditions, where physios have no fault whatsoever.

The advice and exercises I was given solved the problem and would certainly contact Ascenti if it happened again.

From the very first consultation to being signed off, the level of treatment, communication and professionalism was exemplary. Thorough treatment linked to online exercise plans all very straightforward to use with positive results.

I had a lot of pain in my leg and hip. With the exercises that l was given helped helped so much and lm grateful of all the help given.

I attended in Kidderminster the young person who treated me demonstrated knowledge and understanding in a friendly manner, demonstrating each exercise effectively. Follow up exercise sheets were sent via email, the preliminary examinations on each visit were sensitivitly carried out and thorough.

Was assessed and then seen each week by a physio who also put an App on my mobile so I could repeat the exercises on a daily basis and as I progressed some of the exercises we changed to suit me - found seeing the physio for progress plus using the App both excellent

I had 3 sessions of physio for bone degeneration pain and the physiotherapist was very professional, pleasant and helpful. I have a set of exercises printed out for me to follow to help with my condition.

I was given good advice over how to exercise and take care of my pain. Several exercises were suggested and tried. I was impressed with the help they gave me.
