    I had a shoulder problem and physio was these option. Over 3 visits the physio was very informative, gave me a daily exercise programme which worked a treat. Today I was discharged and cannot feel anything at all in my shoulder. Beside his obvious knowledge he was a very personable person and put me at ease for the duration of my treatment.

    I was very pleased with the physiotherapy provided and the help given. The lady sent me by email exercises to do at home and showed me how they should be done while I was with her. My neck was thoroughly massaged which helped relax the muscles.

    Time spent getting all necessary info before treatment. Answered all questions gave fantastic advice re exercises and post consultation care. Great physio given. Really got to the crux of problem. Polite and professional service

    The exercises I was given help me to be mobile even though I needed walking aids (awaiting hip replacement). The physios that looked after me were very thorough and caring. I know some of the treatment was uncomfortable but it all helped in the long run to keep me moving and mobile. The advise I received about how to help with my movements to keep me supple enough and to help keep or even build up my muscles, so when I eventually have my operation it will be easier for my recovery. I'm sure from what I've been told that exercises like these will, after the operation get me back on the right road for total recovery.

    Practice is too big, not enough staff to answer the phone, I lost count on how many times I tried to ring! Eventually left name and number for a call back....still waiting after 4 hours. Tried to change my appointment time via messenger, but apparently you can't do this even if you leave all the necessary information. In the past I have had appointments cancelled at short notice, not enough staff to cover sickness/ holidays. When I do have treatment it's fine. But trying to contact anyone is impossible. Wish I could communicate directly with the Physiotherapist himself.

    Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to get in touch with our contact centre, and that you have had appointments cancelled at short notice. Our phone lines are often busier than usual following a bank holiday weekend, and we do always try to arrange cover for appointments where we can, but unfortunately this isn't always possible. I will get in touch with our Customer Service Manager and ask them to check that all voicemails have been responded to. We are not able to amend appointments over social media channels as these are monitored by our Marketing team rather than our Customer Service or NHS Admin team.     My physio firstly asked me to explain my issue which was painful sciatica He checked me over where the pain was and where it may its source. He suggested various stretches which would alleviate and calm the pain with the view to it being better permanently. We had 4 sessions when I was rechecked and more exercises provided. I was relieved of some of the pain but not all. I have a need to work more consistently at the exercises.

    I had a problem in my shoulder. The physio was really good, she show me some exercises and book me again after 4 weeks time. On my second appointment she come with conclusion that I have a frozen shoulder n she reffer me to another specialist where they can decide what to next. But overall it takes time but I feel like I m on right direction.

    After consultation and long discussion about possible treatment - nothing. No update, no follow up - nothing. Contacted Ascenti for further information and update who advised they would get back to me - nothing. This is the third time I have been referred to Ascenti and each time they have proved useless and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the time and effort it takes to attend their appointments.
