Both physios I saw for most recent condition worked professionally, took into account any difficulties I had to put exercise programme together. There were two occasions when appointments were cancelled at short notice meaning I had a long wait between appts. On second occasion an appt was arranged quickly when I rang the service to explain the pain I was in. Overall, solved the issue I was referred for and one connected to that which inhibited progression. Was pleased that I was referred back to GP for a referral to Pain Clinic to be considered for chronic pain.

Waited for 6 months after accident to get physio help. Although Practioner was pleasant and helpful, no improvement resulted from limited intervention, I was given no instructions on exercises I could practice at home, and felt somewhat let down and frustrated.

I had been in severe neck and shoulder pain , kept waking up at night with it, couldn't play golf, etc, etc. Finally after steroid Injections at Camberley physio, I was referred to ascenti. They gradually increased exercises to open up the joint and make it more mobile. Now I am discharged but keep doing g the exercises a d am mostly pain free. Thank you Ascenti

Staff pleasant , the only problem is that when you go you may not see the same person twice…I didn’t…I say three different staff and was told on my last visit to do different exercises…I thought this was very strange so I was disappointed

Not to sound ungrateful, have had 4 physio appts spread over months. There was extremely minimal physical contact between myself and the physio. The vast majority of any form of physio was done by myself at home following the app programme. My progress was minimal, so was then referred to a consultant. Between my final physio appt and consultant appt is a wait of about 18 weeks. You can really see why people are forced to go private, it's all just unacceptable.

I was delighted with speedy response so that an initial appointment was set up within a week of Gp referral. I had four physio sessions with two staff members. The appointments were arranged swiftly and back up exercises were provided between sessions. The staff were experienced practitioners and excellent staff. Highly professional service.

I attended due to a back problem. My physio was very patient and helpful in explaining the exercises he recommended, which I are really helpful and I continue to carry out at home.

One of the few physios to be properly "hands on" making sure that you are not just given a few pictures to look at and exercises that are not always practical to do on your own

I could hardly move my arms when I first went now I can lift my arms right up the gentleman who helped me was very caring and offered a lot of help to improve my arms
