I saw two physio's, they were both helpful, informative and encouraging. I would't have been able to get over my injury without their support

Convenient location and appointment times. Not too happy with three different practioners during my 6 months of appointments.

Thanks for your positive review, we're glad the appointments were convenient for you. Sorry to hear that you were unhappy having three different physiotherapists - we do aim to maintain continuity of care with the same clinician, but this isn't always possible, for example when we need to cover staff absence. The visits were okay but nothing more. The room was up 3 flights of very steep stairs which is not great for a 75-year-old with spondylitis. The advice was sound but it was all self-help.

The physiotherapists were willing to listen to my pro leer, see the way my shoulder was winging and give me exercises to improve it.

Excellent help and guidance with m neck pain and headaches. I was listened to Intel and my treat was geared around my comments.

Unsure about first appointment - Saturday evening in a deserted office block. I felt vulnerable. Subsequent appointments during working week were much better. Physiotherapist very patient and took time to explain exercises. I found the App difficult to navigate but appreciated the daily reminders to do the exercises.
