The treatment was expertly explained at every step. The physio was very friendly and approachable. The exercise programs were easy to understand and do. The experience was very successful and helped with my back pain.

I have booked in for a Physio appointment for myself privately as I have had a spine surgery and wanted to strengthen my back and increase my mobility and reduce pain while doing certain activities. On my initial appointment i have been told it will just be a assessment session and no treatment will be done i was okay and explained all about my surgery and what im expecting from these physio and the next appointment i was given was two weeks later as nothing was available the following week. Two weeks later when i went in expecting to be treated I was told that i would need to provide a letter from my consultant that its okay for me to be treated. I have shown them the doctor notes where he mentioned i would need Physio and what exercises i can do but they need a letter addressed to them regarding the same which i thought was ridiculous as it is clearly mentioned there on the notes regarding the physiotherapy so there goes two of physio sessions wasted and three weeks of my time without being treated.

Saw advanced physiotherapist. Was on time and done a examination but refused to send me for x ray as asked before on first visit. Went off x ray taken 1 1/2 years ago. I was not impressed. a lot can change in that time. Discharged with exercises and no follow up appointment. Waste of time.

The physiotherapist was always helpful, supportive and encouraging. He listened to how I was doing, and modified the exercises to meet my needs over the course of treatment. The app which I could access in between consultations was brilliant…… allowing daily access to prompts/reminders and to give feedback on how I was getting on.

On the occasions I attended sessions I saw three different physiotherapists. They listened to my foot problems and each provided me with appropriate exercises; the latter two giving treatments. They were all courteous and very professional in their approach to my situation.

My physiotherapist was helpful, giving advice on how to manage my condition. The app was useful as a reminder of my exercises.

I found the service very helpful and feel able to manage my pain much better. I have also gained in flexibility and movement. My physiotherapist was kind and friendly.

Needed manipulation which was uncomfortable but made such a difference, practical approach to exercises I had to do and advice re use of ice/heat. Physio had a very encouraging attitude which made a big difference to improving my shoulder and elbow condition.

Having left the military due to back pain I was referred to Ascenti by the NHS. Having undergone a few sessions they weren't as high a standard as military physiotherapists. Always big gaps between appointments, felt like I was being rushed out the appointments despite no one waiting. Being discharged after 2 treatments, physiotherapist telling me I'll get more appointments which was a lie and telling the doctors that I didn't need anymore therapy. I've now opted to go private and pay as the NHS/Ascenti treatment was terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially those leaving the military.
