    I recently had the pleasure of meeting a physiotherapist at Connect Health at Milson Road Health Centre, Shepherds Bush, London, and wanted to share my positive experience. He was an exceptional listener, especially attentive to my concerns regarding my health issues. I was particularly worried about the possibility of needing a Zimmer frame or a three-wheeler in the future. He reassured me that most people with my symptoms do not end up relying on such aids. He provided me with some effective exercises to do in my own time and took the time to explain how pain can manifest in the body, often having a mind of its own. I never felt rushed during our sessions; He allowed me ample time to express my fears and addressed each one in detail, providing thorough explanations and reassurance. I am very grateful for the excellent service provided and am looking forward to my next appointment with Him. His professionalism and compassionate approach have made a significant difference in my outlook on my health issues. Thank you.

    They told my GP they see Patients within 2 weeks. That is not true. It’s been over 14 weeks now. If we knew the truth we would never have waited. They are so cruel to lie like that

    Good morning I am so sorry that your GP gave you misleading information. I can assure you that we are completely transparent about our waiting times. These are shared with the Integrated Care Boards who oversee healthcare in all areas. I would be happy to ascertain why you were told this.     Had a consultation at Milson Road. Very thorough examination and assessment and got detailed diagnosis and excercises which were well explained. Would highly recommend as felt problem was well understood and physio took time to explain and answer all my questions.

    Was diagnosed with Sciatica and saw someone at Connect Health in Bletchley for a second time to review how I was doing. She previously had given me 7 exercises to do so I told her was feeling better but not yet as good as I hoped. Her manner was friendly, professional and wanting to help. She answered some questions I had and suggested I additionally do a local free Connect Health bespoke 45 minute exercise class once a week for the next 6 weeks. I was happy to agree to this. I am grateful for the support, suggestions and advice I received. It's easy to get a bit down when progress from an injury is slow and so beneficial to have a professional taking an interest in making sure things are heading in the right direction. Though it's mostly up to me to put the effort in to make myself better for sure it helps a lot to have someone sort of watching over me who I have to report back to every so often. So I feel her role for me has been something like that of a good guardian who gives me good incentive to do the various exercises properly and to the right number and degree. So am grateful to her for doing the job she does which to be sure has helped me by giving me things to do and being around should I need any further assistance.

    My GP referred me to a physiotherapist at the Milson Rd centre in Shepherds Bush. I have hip and lower back problems, as shown by recent X-rays. The lady was extremely pleasant and very attentive. She gave me a thorough assessment and tailored exercises to my condition, advising how I could increase them and make more difficult as I progress. All my questions and concerns were answered and I left feeling much more optimistic about my condition. The exercises are helping to ease the pain I had. I would highly recommend attending an appointment here, they really do make a difference and help.

    I was referred to physio a while back from my gp with back pain. I did exercises for a while then sent for an mri of my back, nothing shown up. Then I was sent for a hip mri and I have mild bursitis, but painful. Thanks to the doctors here they queried rheumatoid arthritis. I had a blood test done and I have high rf so now awaiting a referral to a rheumatologist. The doctor I saw most recently even sent an urgent referral over to them and said I can receive a pain killing injection in my hip if I'm not seen quite urgently. I've received nothing but care and professionalism from them and finally on my way to being pain free. Thank you msk Rochdale!

    My GP suggested physiotherapy regarding my left knee which has been playing up and made walking very difficult. I had a part knee replacement 6 years ago. There are 4 elements which impressed me. 1) My appointment with my GP was on 5 June 2024. 2) On 14th June 2024 I received a telephone call ( at 8 am) from a senior physio clinician to arrange a meeting. Due to commitments (both ways) a meeting in the near future was not possible. We discussed my situation and symptoms over the phone. He promised to send me a exercise program by email. This program was received at 8.40 am the same day!! 3) The program put together was absolutely spot on, based on the information given over the phone. Within a week the first signs of improvement were noticeable. 4) The use of technology is key as part of this process and I have the program on my laptop, which makes my life easy. The NHS Oxfordshire Community Musculoskeletal Service provided by Connect Health is very impressive and of the highest quality in my case. Thank you.

    I was assessed following an incident when I broke my ankle. I received a set of exercises which provided initial recovery then further gym exercises which have proved very beneficial. Any queries were dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. I will continue with gym use after the physio programme ends.
