    Physio was just great. Very professional and very good therapy. One of the best therapists I have experienced.

    Consultant excellent as ever. However the waiting room is small for the amount of clinics and also the car park was full

    Dear Nick, Thank you for taking the time to complete our Patient review feedback. Due to the nature and age of this building, we are limited to any building expansion being carried out and therefore, during busy periods, it may feel busier than normal. Unfortunately, sometimes we find the car park can get full. As we do not own this land it makes it difficult to monitor the parking, as it is used by local school parents, Ward staff and Outpatients. Hopefully should you need to visit again, you will have a more positive experience with us? Kind Regards Duty Manager

    Minor op today staff were lovey from the receptionist that booked me in to the lovely doctor and nurse that saw me The doctor explained everything in detail and was kind considerate and calming what a lovely team you have at dorking dhc well done and a huge thank you

    After having multiple spine surgeries with 2 surgeons saying different things to me I was not happy with my recent experience with a doctor after a scan results. He seemed to trivialise all the findings which were alot . When you are in severe chronic pain a little bit of compassion an understanding is needed

    The receptionist was friendly and the waiting room spacious. My appointment was on time and the dermatologist warm, reassuring, professional and informative. Thankyou for an excellent experience.

    Twice I have waited months for biopsy results and had to chase on numerous occasions. Still waiting for results of a biopsy taken in September. Medical staff excellent but the lab service or record keeping is appalling.

    Thank you for your feedback, Mr Flint. We're sorry that you have experienced a delay in receiving your results. After receiving your review we were able to contact you directly and explain that unfortunately the external laboratory responsible for processing samples is taking longer at the moment. They have a plan in place to return to their usual timeframes, although we may continue to see some delays in the interim period. Please be assured that as soon as we receive results we are updating patients with a results letter and follow up appointment if necessary. Thanks, DHC
