It is good that so many referrals can be made from the practice to local centres I.e. a good variety of consultants at Dorking hospital and Medwyn. The local provision of X-ray, physiotherapists is invaluable too. Consultants and doctors I have seen have been interested in helping and knowledgeable. Excellent in fact. KIt is such a pity that they are let down by the long wait lists and the slow pace of NHS bureaucracy- letters take a long time, phone calls take ages to be answered, not enough appointments available and difficult to secure.

Dear Patient, Thank you for you recent lovely comments about Dorking Healthcare staff and services which we are happy to pass onto our teams. Unfortunately, due to the recent pandemic, services are taking longer to see patients and staff shortages have meant that we are not processing as quickly as we would have liked. We are taking measures to try and improve these issues, by recruiting for new Consultants and staff and I'm sure you can appreciate this is not easy in the current climate. As always I found the staff here very caring and helpful. On this latest visit , one nurse in particular took time to stop and talk to my mother, who has dementia, when she could see that she was becoming a bit distressed and anxious as she passed by us in the waiting area. She was really lovely to her, cheerful and friendly, providing just the right, and much needed distraction. I hope that that nurse gets to see this, as I would like to say a special thank you to her.

Absolutely fantastic service ... Great reception staff and great Consultant Cardiologist!! Very courteous and extremely professional. I felt very at ease from the moment I saw the reception staff and the Dr was extremely articulate and explained everything incredibly well.
