From the outset my visit was met with polite and helpful staff. When I couldn't find the reception I didn't have to ask but instead one of the staff asked me if I was ok and could they help me. My appointment was on time and carried out with the utmost of professionalism, dignity and positive attitude.

Easy to find free parking ( if you are lucky enough to get a space). Kept to appointment times . Clear and helpful staff. Listen to patients.

I attended a pain clinic today and was skeptical, after suffering with pain for many years. The doctor was amazing, he listened to all my difficulties, was interested, non-judgemental and is trying a new approach. Regardless of the outcome of the tests, I am so glad I attended, as I was initially questioning wether to cancel the appointment. I would highly recommend this doctor/clinic.

Had a very short wait for the appointment. I was seen on time, no waiting about. The surgeon and nurse were very pleasant and explained everything. Couldn’t fault the service.

Arrived 15 minutes before appointment expecting car parking issues, presently surprised free car park with 5/6 spaces available. Car park is not that large I may have just been lucky. Very well sign posted with friendly staff, a small practice with small waiting area although easy to find a seat. I was called on time for my appointment and again was greeted by friendly consultant. God bless the NHS on this occasion.

I found the dr listened well, put me at ease, was understanding, knowledgeable & explained my condition well. He was running late but I was made aware of this when I arrived for my appointment, he apologised for the delay & I wasn’t made to feel rushed.

Refreshingly clean and quiet and staff friendly. My only criticism, which is not your fault, is that I live in Milford and because you are in Dorking I couldn't get an mri scan any closer than Gatwick. Lucky my husband can drive me but extremely inconvenient especially with high fuel prices.
