Always feel I am getting the best treatment available, the consultant is plain speaking, supportive with a good sence of humour and is helping me cope with an unpleasant diagnosis. He explains clearly what possible side effects of the drugs are and what are the next steps in the treatment. The waiting area and treatment room are clean and all the staff are very pleasant. This is the third time I have been to the centre and met with the consultant, and each time the care and professionalism are the same, and from a level of despair I am now in a much more positive frame of mind.

I was admitted on time, I was given all the brochures .The doctor gave me all the information .and my problem was resolved for at the time

Everything was perfect from booking in at reception to the end of the appointment. The staff were brilliant and the Consultant, patient, explanatory.

Efficient, clean tidy environment, organised , all staff so professional , including the league of friends coffee shop very friendly lady , love the free parking too

Seen 25 mins late for first appointment of the session. Very little help given. Given the impression that restraints of NHS prevented any practical help being offered. When I enquired about various options, I was given vague answers. I had waited 2 months for this appointment. Very disappointed. If effective treatment is only available privately then this should be stated clearly with cost estimates. If the practitioner works privately,then for fairness, a sheet of local practitioners should be provided on a printed sheet with types of treatment available for each with contact details and typical costs.

Wonderful, helpful staff. I'd never been to Dorking hospital before, I arrived a little early for my appointment and no sooner had I sat down but a lovely nurse arrived and called me in to see the consultant, and I couldn't have wished to see such a kind thoughtful consultant My entire experience was informative, friendly and relaxed. The consultant has arranged for me to have an mri scan within the next 6/8 weeks, to be followed up by a phone consultation as to what will be happening next. Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't have asked for anything more from our brilliant nhs. Thank you so very much.

Courteous, efficient reception staff and first class medical service from a consultant urologist. Parking can be an issue at times, but at least it’s free.
