Seen on time and dealt with professionally by kind and caring staff. Car parking was free which is so helpful for elderly people like myself.

The specialist I spoke with was very attentive to what I was saying ,and made me feel confident to say what I needed to tell her without feeling rushed, overall very nice appointment not what I was expecting .

Parking is a huge issue. Once in the appointments run smoothly. Plenty of seats. Dr very pleasant and friendly.

Dear Irene, thank you for taking the time to post a review. I'm sorry to hear that you had problems parking. Whilst we are fortunate to have free parking at our sites the spaces are limited and at our busy times it can be difficult to find a space. Some new parking conditions have just been implemented at our Holmhurst location which we hope will help to make parking for patients easier. I'm pleased to hear however that after parking you had a positive experience in your appointment. Thanks again for your feedback, the DHC Duty Management Team.

Reception staff were helpful and efficient Doctor was professional and helpful was aware of my condition ie. he had read my notes. His suggestions, going forward, re. my problem were well thought out and logical and reasonable.

I've visited Dorking Hospital on numerous occasions and have found the reception staff always helpful and friendly. The doctor I saw yesterday was punctual, professional and friendly. I came away with an action plan we were both in agreement with
