staff have always been extremely polite and helpful, always have a smile on there faces and happy to answer any questions. its been a great experience here and flexibility of appointments has made it much easier too attend. not had single problem coming here and its been a pleasure to meet the staff here.

Appointment at Green Park, Reading for suspect glaucoma. A couple of quick tests and told to return in 6 months. No surrounds done (always at Royal Berks Hospital) and no diagnosis or comparison with previous tests given. A very poor service compared to what I've experienced at the Royal Berkshire Hospital over the years. All the rooms looked very temporary. The receptionist was excellent but the positives stop there. I wonder how much they charge the NHS for their services? And will my GP receive a report as she surely should?

I have just completed 18 sessions of light therapy to help with my psoriasis, it’s completely cleared it up which is great. Overall great service and staff.

Very thorough consultant. I was examined and prescribed scalp lotion followed up by a blood test and a biopsy, the skin specialist took time to explain exactly what would happen next. I felt reassured.

Arrived at Limbrick Wood Surgery for dermatology appointment having travelled 45 minutes by car. Asked receptionist to use toilet facilities. Was told they were for staff only and nearest toilet I could use was “down the road” in the public library. I was shown into consulting room by who I assume was consultant’s assistant. No introductions were made. I was asked to sit down by assistant who acted as an interpreter as I had great difficulty in understanding the doctor. I explained my symptoms/condition to doctor. I didn’t receive a thorough examination of my skin as I have with at other consultations. (I have an ongoing skin problem). A biopsy was mentioned which I assume the doctor was going to do there and then. I was not at all happy about this as I had been lead to believe no treatment would be carried out at the appointment, it was to be purely a consultation. She then proceeded to write out a prescription which was for medication I had had before and had a severe reaction to. It was at this point I decided to leave and told doctor I would go back to my GP to let him know my concerns and to be referred elsewhere. In appointment letter and on my reminder which was sent to my phone I was asked to wear a mask. Nobody in the surgery was wearing a mask. Overall this was a very unsatisfactory experience from start to finish.

iwas having appointments with the your health harmonie in yew tree healthy living centre, ws5 4lb. I have been waiting for three hours and then they were coming out to me rudely they were saying that the appointment has been cancelled.

Despite the admirable principles on which this company bases its business plan, my experience did not come up to that advocated standard. The premises were in poor condition. The organisation of the appointments were unreliable. One minute they were off the next they were on. The proper equipment was not initially available on the day therefore patients were told that their procedures might have to postponed. When however the equipment was fortunately sourced, it’s initial absence meant the procedures were delayed by about 90 minutes. In my particular case, the clinician was unsure, which of my lesions on my back needed to be removed despite them having been identified on a previous visit, I was therefore asked to sign indemnifying him against removing the wrong one. On a positive note I will concede that the procedure itself was quick, efficient and painless.

It’s absolutely a bizarre this afternoon when I arrived Health Harmonie - Landmark in Green Park, 450 Brook Drive, Reading, Berkshire around 14:50 for my 15:00 appointment today on 8/1/2023 (Sunday), only to find out that all the doors were locked and there was absolutely no one inside the whole ground floor. As we couldn’t find any door bell or explanation note on the door, we called 01214547779 for help but obviously no one answered the call because it was out of office hours! In fact, there was no waiting area outside the Landmark and it was a cold rainy and windy afternoon, we could only stay outside for 5 minutes until 15:05 and left the site. At 15:20 I missed a phone call 01217941768 from Birmingham so I returned the Birmingham phone call 01217941768 at 15:24, only to find out it was from a Harmonie guy without name and title trying to blame me on my leaving the empty premises?! And he said we should stay for 5 more minutes and then someone would come for the door?! We explained we did wait for 5 minutes but there was absolutely no sign of movement in their office before we left and obviously the guy wanted to blame us upon their own faults. This is an absolutely unacceptable service for anybody.

I visited Healthharmonie at Anglesey Street, Hednesford, for an appointment. No receptionist on duty. I was shouted from the room at bottom of corridor to go down. Usually they come and collect you. I was surprised at this as its not very professional at all. Felt worthless to be honest and was not impressed at all. I usually have good service when visiting but not this time

Visited the Anglesey Street in Hednesford practice for dermatology appointment. I usually have an excellent experience but this time I was disappointed. I arrived and no receptionist. I was shouted from the room at the bottom of the corridor - which I found strange. Was told to go down - where is the customer service? Usually collected from the reception area so I was not impressed and thought how unprofessional of them. Felt worthless to be honest and very disappointed
