    Only a relatively minor procedure to remove a small lump. Upon arrival greeted by a friendly receptionist who kept me updated as there was a slight delay. Doctor and her staff were very professional and efficient and explained everything in detail. Overall a 10/10 experience, highly recommended.

    Met with the Opthalmologist from Healthharmonie yesterday following a referral by my routine optician. He was very professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable in opthalmology. He explained everything to me in detail and completely put my mind at rest. Refreshing to have everything explained to me in detail including clearly what the next steps would be and when. Excellent.

    Arrival at a barn south of Stafford Receptionist rude, and very unprofessional. Dr assistant was also not polite not welcoming, I walked in he looked at the notes, looked at my face said “it's this…” consultation was done before I sat down, and I was out of the door. Must have a golf game to get too with all the NHS money they are creaming in. This has done nothing but show me that private health care is abhorrent

    The appointment was on time. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The consultant was superb. He explained what was wrong with my eyes very clearly and set out the treatment regime and outcomes. He was courteous and unhurried and I could not be more pleased with the treatment I received. I am delighted that I will be continuing to see this same consultant as I am impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, interest and unpatronising ability to explain what is happening. Thank you.

    Doctor was exceptional,very attentive, he listened to what I had to say and I felt I could confine him,I felt like I mattered. I wish more health professionals were like this

    Was seen by the dermatologist in march was told would receive an appointment for a biopsy, went today to Kidderminster june25 the Dr didn't appear to know what to do nurse said they hadn't got equipment and Dr wasn't qualified would need to see a head and neck Dr. so another appointment was made for July to go to a Bromsgrove Health centre this time, this has been a complete waste of NHS money I can understand why the NHS is in the state it is paying out for extremely poor service, I really do advise you to check out HealthHarmonie you are paying for poor service

    Received an unexpected appt. for biopsy one year after being told at intial appt. if I didn't hear within six weeks, it was nothing to worry about. At biopsy appt. today I was informed by surgeon he couldn't do anything as it was near my eye. Receptionist said he didn't even do procedures below the neck . What exactly is going on here? Add to this his tone and manner which was more confrontation than care. Inappropriate for that specific role. No complaints in respect of receptionist who was fine. Apparently I'm now being referred elsewherefor surgery and should hear between 4-6 weeks about another appt. but ring the office to chase it up! So this is what we get in return for the tax we pay.
