Received a cancellation appointment when checking the progress of my next review. Appointments have been on time, quick convenient and local. All staff including call staff have been helpful. We all know the NHS is under great strain but utilising other premises like this is a great help. Thank you.

from the moment i arrived i was made to feel that the help i i needed was here , the staff are helpful , they listen and are clear in telling you about the service. i couldnt be more grateful to them for the help and confidence they have given me throughout my treatment

The staff have been amazing especially with me having my treatment over the summer holidays i have 3 children and was able to bring them with me what was a huge help to me, appointments always running on time, parking always available

Having waited 3 months from the GP referral was then told to come back in 3 months for a simple injection. The doctor was very rude, unhelpful and in appropriate. Probably not even qualified to do what he does. The staff were very cold. The building was just a shed and not at all professional. It was a total waste of our time. This place should be shut down.

Excellent service at a local convenient location. Great to have a service in the community that is so flexible with timings. This allowed me to carry out work around my treatment. I would certainly love to use this service again.

Had a follow up ophthalmology appointment.. they were very efficient following up from my previous appointment and also gave clear instructions on what to bring /do at this appointment. I was really early and they fitted me and also talked me through the whole process and explained the outcomes. Was really impressed

Arrived 10 minutes early and seen immediately. Small op done with precision and care. The nurse explained what I had to do and not to get the dressing wet. She also gave me three dressings in case the one she applied needed changing. This is an excellent service and one that your company should be very proud of

The follow up was appalling and phoned many times always being fobbed off never returning calls giving out incorrect numbers etc etc. they never made an appointment that was considered urgent with the q.e and I finally have sorted it myself with the help of my consultants secretary who found no record of any urgent appointment!!!! shocking service and shouldn't be allowed to operate when people's health is at risk.
