    Attended routine monitoring appointment for eye conditions today. As always an excellent experience. All staff seen were professional,efficient and explained procedures clearly. I have nothing but the highest praise for this excellent example of care and am grateful to be so well looked after.

    We have used health harmonie for 12 months plus and the journey has been fantastic ! Super friendly and welcoming every time we have had an appointment. Thank you for a wonderful service you have provided for my family

    The whole experience from arriving through to seeing the Consultant was professional and courteous. The examinations were undertaken with a minimum of fuss, everything was explained and all questions answered.

    Had two procedures recently and told follow ups would happen in 6 weeks time. No appointments have been sent and when I phoned was told nothing available this year. Procedures are good, when they happen, but appointments service is pathetic.

    I received a text on 4/10/2022for an ultrasound appointment on 27/10/2022. Called straight away as I was unable to make that appointment. Spent 90min in total yesterday - 3 x30 min before getting cut off. Tried again this morning(5/10/22) with same results. This ultra sound scan is linked to my hospital appointment on 3/11/2022 so if I can’t contact them this will be affected. Can I re arrange my appointment please

    I have been referred to this company by my GP surgery for Glaucoma. After initial appiointment, I was told to reassess in 6 months time. However no follow up from the company & I had to request my GP to get a reassessment after 10 months. When I finally got there , the clinic was a mess with most of the equipment not working due to network issues & the ophthalmologist cannot access my record and didn't want to do a scan nor compared results with a prior scan. When asked, I have been told it will be done next time in a few months time. After assessment, I has been told that I need to start using drops immediately due to hight pressure & they will be sending a prescription to my GP in 48 hours (I have been told they cannot issue the prescription to me directly). After following up with the GP, I have been told the prescription has no dosage & I was asked to contact health harmony for a proper prescription. When I called the company back again for a proper prescription, I have been told they cannot get me to talk to a clinician. A week gone by and so far I have no access to eye drops. The receptionist was so helpful but she had no access to the Optician or any clinician to get the prescription updated. The company doesn't seem to understand the seriousness of the issue..

    Every dermatology appointment has been on time and well organised, sympathetic to our personal circumstances with appointment times and locations and the treatment was amazingly successful for acne. I have to mention the doctor (who I know I cannot name) but her compassion, wisdom, advice and general lovely nature has made this a great experience. My teenage daughter loved seeing her and she is just one of life’s special people. Thank you so much both for the excellent medical care but for the many words of wisdom and compassion. We will miss coming!
