    Referred on an urgent basis for lesion. Seen v quickly in basford for photo. Told I’d hear in 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks on and nil heard. Have asked GP to intervene. Very poor

    From the moment I stepped in to the clinic I was given superb care and treatment. The speed of service and professionalism from all the medical staff was exemplary. I'm sorry I cannot name the individuals concerned but you have my heartfelt thanks.

    Tried calling regarding regarding medication prescribed on five occasions. Long wait -10 minutes. Spoke to someone who couldn’t help. In desperation drove to the clinic where I saw the Doctor. Sadly Exactly what we have come to expect these days .

    Appalling service. Continuous canceling of appointments. Booking appointments at incorrect surgeries. The worst thing about this is that they are being paid with taxpayer money.

    I had extremely excellent care and treatment I was seen very quickly had a mole looked at and in a few weeks was removed all with great care and I can't thank them enough

    I was contacted by this provider with a booking for a ultra sound I phoned to rearrange my appoint to a more convenient time & place on doing this I was given a new appointment but I have received a letter with the old appointment details & none on the new details so I have sent two emails asking them to confirm the first one has been cancelled & the second is still ok I have not received any reply at all disappointing why put an email address if no one is going to reply.

    I had an appointment at an Opthalmology clinic for Wednesday 8th March, no one was there apart from another Patient. We both left when it appeared no one from Health Harmonie was in attendance. I received a cancellation on Monday 13 th March 2023 Dated Tuesday 7Th March, and have, not received Another appointment

    Referred as an emergency dermatology patient by my GP I was seen by a consultant dermatologist within 11 days and had a suspicious lesion removed by a plastic surgeon two weeks later. A detailed report of my biopsy result was sent to my home two and a half weeks after the op, thankfully with a result describing a benign tumour. All the staff encountered were friendly and supportive, including reception staff, administrative support, nurses and two doctors.Procedures and outcomes were explained clearly with Sunday clinics being very welcome. I was particularly impressed by the calm professional approach of the staff and noticed with gratitude the compassionate and considerate culture. At a time when medical services were under great pressure I was especially grateful for the skill of all concerned. Many thanks to all concerned.
