The team really looked after me. Only one complaint that the clinic aas running late and I had to wait at least half an hour past my appointment time.

I had a ultrasound guided injection in my hip, doctor and nurse explained the procedure, very friendly and professional. Excellent venue, all very clean. Appointments on time too

I got there early and was seen early,happy days they were nice and friendly,especially the person who called me,and I was in there a good time,the only downside was I thought I would get the results at the time,but otherwise very good

Seen within 5 minutes of appointment time. Staff were very professional and friendly. Highly recommended. They had to do tests. I got the results sooner then expected. Very efficient.

There was some confusion over my initial booking, and preparation for the scan. However at the hospital, staff were friendly, polite and efficient. I would have liked to learn more about my next steps with my condition, but that obviously was not up to the staff to do that, I have to speak to my doctor. My experience was far more positive than some of the reviews I had read.
