If anyone out there is claustrophobic please don’t worry 😉 this place is amazing and there really is no reason to worry !! Communication was amazing and they did everything to put me at ease !! Amazing 🤩

The ladies I saw at Harold wood were kind, considerate, professional and friendly, they constantly checked that I was comfortable and were very reassuring during the process

I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and seen immediately (I was prepared to wait longer than my appointment time as I realise how tight appointment times are). I was made to feel comfortable and the medical staff were clearly experienced and made me feel calm, for an appointment I was quite nervous about. Really professional and kind.

They were nice kind and professional Thanks I had appointment I get there and straight away started my scan...they gave me sny instructions about what I need to do...they were professional kind nice

Can't fault the whole service I received, from little to no wait to be seen, calm cool environment, great staff and an incredible MRI scan. The built in video to watch whilst the scans were being done is a genius idea.

I arrived for an X-ray 15 mins early. No waiting time - all finished in 12 mins. Receptionist and Radiographer but polite and helpful.

I arrived at the clinic feeling quite nervous but was made to feel at ease from the reception onwards. My waiting time was short, I was then greeted by a friendly polite practitioner who explained the procedure he was kind, respectful and polite. In all a very pleasant experience. I’m really pleased that I was sent to this particular clinic.

I was very impressed by the attentive hearing I was given and was told exactly what was wrong and how to deal with initial arthritis.The exercises given are excellent. I am more mobile and active in just few days of doing those exercises and the pain is hardly there
